I love the KFTEA on 8 Av and on Canal St. The drinks here are watery in comparison. In sum I’ve gotten KFTEA milk tea, taro Mt, coffee Mt, and signature coffee. The coffee is great but everything else is just sad. Cmon Franchise owner, stop messing with the recipe!

Annoyed. First time here and guess what? They are out of bubbles and it is only 6:55pm on a Friday.

This location seems to always be packed with people and the atmosphere is very hustle and bustle. Nonetheless, the staff is still courteous and tries to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. I always order the milk bubble tea. It’s something I’ve had since I was a kid and it’s just an idiosyncrasy. The tapioca pearls have a toothsome bite so they don’t just melt in your mouth. There is more condensed milk added to Kung Fu Tea’s bubble tea than other places. But I think it’s a good thing because as the ice melts, the drink won’t be so watered down. All in all, I try to come as often as possible.

This place has the worse staff. They are rude and incompetent. They spilled a part of my drink and did not bother to make me a new one or even apologize. Also, their hours are wrong — they’re most definitely not open until 11:30AM.

Today 4÷23÷16 Been coming here once a week almost for my drink. Today the girl that took my order seem nice. But she turned out to be nasty! It’s not that serious. So her coworker another girl she was making my drink she made it wrong and put puddling! So I told the cashier girl she was the one that made the drink. I tell her to tell her coworker to change my drink she literally ignored me! Customers come first. I told her make me a new one she got so mad and angry! Like dude it’s not that hard to make a new one!!! Like come on how u know I’m not allergic too puddling? So I got my drink it was full of ice and few grass jelly and so watery! I finished the drink with 3 sips She did that purposely! Management I think you need to teach your employees matters and don’t be rude. If the drink is wrong don’t pour it in a new one. Make a new one! A few cents or power milk not go too kill. Customers comes first. So many other Kung fu tea defn not returning rather go to 8th avenue!

Whenever we visit my parents, we stop by for some tea. Pretty spot on with other Kung Fu teas, but it seems that 50% of the time they are out of bubbles… why they can’t plan ahead is beyond me when that’s a major appeal of the drinks. Waiting for 25 minutes for it? C’mon, you barely have any responsibilities as far as a food establishment is concerned. I think it’s time to find a new tea house.

I used to be a fans, I felt a need of a good bubble tea today so I came to grab a bubble milk tea with less sugar. Took it to train station and started drinking and guess what, it literally tasted like water. It has no taste of tea nor milk whatsoever, I’m seriously pissed and since I was gone I couldn’t even complain to them. I paid $ 3.50 for this crap, did they lower their standard? Total disappointment, sorry but I won’t come again.

I remembered ordering a medium bubble milk tea for $ 2.75, good times. Now it’s $ 3.50, which is not too bad. Slightly more expensive now, but the quality of their drinks is pretty good. I feel welcomed whenever I go inside. They show patience and they don’t rush on peoples’ orders which results in people mostly getting their correct order. Business is doing good, keep it up!

Like all the other typical bubble place, but offers tea as well. I don’t find anything special about it. The pricing is relatively the same as all the other bubble places. I guess the only thing different would be the name. Depending on the person making your drink, it would come out differently each time. Sometimes your drink will be heavier or lighter on things. But its a good place to grab a quick drink and be on your way.

This location is cheaper than the one in Manhattan. Always have to stop by when I’m around the neighborhood. With the option of sugar level, I am pleased I can always have 30/50% sugar. The milk selections are my favorite. It can get crowded around this time of the year because of the weather. There is seating with tables in the front and back, which makes it a great chill spot.

So my friend that works at Kung Fu Tea(the one at Ave U) got me addicted to Yogurt Lemonade drink and I’ve been getting it only. The environment is smooth and there’s more seatings for you in this Kung Fu Tea. You can submit your drawings if you want to and the staffs are friendly.

So I came here today around 7pm with my boyfriend. I ordered the oolong milk tea. I was watching the server and the cup was filled to the top. I saw the server take a sip of my drink before putting it into the machine to secure the lid. This was so NASTY!!! Me and my bf both saw her with her mouth full. Never will I be back! Should I call the dept of health? Because this is unsanitary! If the cup was too full, she should have just poured it out. Not take a sip outta my drink!

I always come here as opposed to high tea whenever I’m craving good bubble tea & when I dont mind paying the difference. Compared to High Tea, this place has creamier and overall better tasting bubble tea. I can always rely on Kung Fu Tea to come through with solid boba that is neither too mushy nor too hard. + My go to is usually the Taro Milk Green Tea + Oolong milk tea is delish too if you like a stronger tastes of tea + Don’t be afraid to order your drinks with a little less sugar(: they still taste great and they’re healthier for you!

Pro: — fast at certain times — options for less ice and how sweet to make your drink — seems like you can play board games there. I saw a bunch of teens playing chess and other games there. — nice décor THEOKAY: — Grape fruit yogurt drink(30% sweet/less ice/$ 3.75 for Med.): it’s alright. I love grapefruit drinks and this is not bad but not amazingly good that I have to come back for it. [3.5STARS] — Grape fruit green tea — Bubble milk tea $ 3.50(Med.) — I find their milk tea to be very milky and frothy. I prefer it less milky and frothy. I make better milk tea than them at home. [3STARS] CONS: — lines are LONG — EXPENSIVE: Regular milk tea(no bubbles, Med.) is $ 3. Chinese bakery will charge you less.

My first experience here was horrible but I decided to give them a second try and I think I might have caught them on a bad day last time. I came in an hour before closing and it was pretty crowded with people trying to order last minute drinks. There was one person ringing people up and two person making drinks. They were fast and efficient which is a plus. As I was ordering my drink, the girl behind the cash register asked if I wanted any pudding with my drink because they were free at that time. I got it because it was free but I think I’ll stick with the tapioca next time. As I have mentioned before, their tapioca is perfectly chewy, just the way I like it! I’ll definitely be coming back more often. If you want to get anything here, go for their signature drink. There’s a reason why they’re their signature.

I really like kung fu teas grapefruit green tea, it is available in two different sizes and you can add coconut jelly or grassjelly or just keep it simple with nothing, anyway you get it you cant go wrong. Their grapefruit green tea is refreshing and comes with bits of grapefruit extract in it. I really like this spot compared to their 8th ave location because this place is less packed and its easier to find parking. I’ve also tried their yogurt orange drink and i think it taste like calpico which isn’t bad for those who prefer the japanese yogurt milk(yakuit) flavored drinks. Pros: this place is less packed compared to the other places i’ve been to. I’ve also noticed that kung fu tea uses lactaid powder/milk for their drinks which is really awesome because i’m lactose intolerant. YAY! Cons: they are slightly more expensive than ten ren and other bubble tea spots

As a drinker of both milk and green tea flavors for many years now, these guys know what they’re doing. With a wide variety of drinks, you can’t really go wrong here with what you want. Hot summer day? Try your milk tea with ice. Freezing winter cold? Have them make your milk tea hot. Drink is to sweet? Try their less sugar options. Not a fan of milk tea with bubbles? Try their green tea with jelly. I have never had a problem with their quality of food or service, so would definitely recommend anyone to come here and try.

Tell me why I don’t go to Kung Fu Tea more often. Smh! I’m not a true Asian. LoL. Talk about tasty and refreshing. I loved my Kung fu bubble milk tea. Bubble milk tea is my favorite. It wasn’t too sweet. It was milky which is how I like it. Just the right amount of milk, tea, and ice. It was an awesome drink. It was tasty, refreshing and smooth. I’m glad I got the large or else I would’ve gotten a second one. It was really cheap. The staff was really quick in making my drink. Kung fu tea, a great option to have any time. Certainly a good place to go on hot day. Heck, I go get it if it was snowing outside. I need to go to this place more often. I think I’ve become an addict now See you soon Kung Fu Tea!
