The coffee here is decent, I’ve had the drip coffee and lattes. I like their muffins as well, however their bagels are mediocre. You’re better off walking to Peter Pan, which is ten seconds away, and getting an amazing bagel there for less money. The staff here is friendly, I’ve never had any issues. The seating, however, is very awkward. There’s a few communal tables and some awkwardly arranged smaller tables in the back, next to the restroom. All of this creates a weird atmosphere, with people awkwardly arranged next to each other and constantly bumping into one another. It’s annoying if you’re trying to study/read. Their wi-fi is good, I’ve never had any issues. They started serving cooked food as well. I’ve never had any of it, but it creates another issue with the space, that of smell. When they make eggs, the whole café smells for a while afterwards, since there is very little ventilation. You notice it from the moment you walk in, and by the afternoon it turns into a stale egg smell that is pretty distracting. Overall, I would stick to getting a coffee to go. There’s too many issues with the space and it’s not pleasant to hang out in.

Okay so the people here are really nice and the coffee is fine, but the wifi here really sucks. I love the environment and everything about the place, but the wifi is so bad. Since I only really go to cafes to work from my laptop, I’m giving it two stars. Hope you guys manage to improve it!

Good coffee I had a latte which had just the right amount of expresso and Milk. The customer service is very friendly and they also offer dough doughnuts. Yum Yum

Konditori coffee is always on point, but the sandwich concept they recently relaunched is Crack! Really really tasty sandwiches. Can’t wait to go back and try the other options. The avocado hollandaise sauce that they put on the sandwich I had is so clever and good. Keep up the good work Konditori!

A few months ago, I visited here after checking out an apartment in the neighborhood. Big mistake. I was served by a worker who didn’t seem apathetic and lacked attention to detail. The detail being a nut allergen, which could have been worse had I not noticed after one bite. There are far better places out there that will serve you with knowledge and a smile. Avoid.

This is not close to Swedish in any way. Coffee is too weak and all pastries are American. Crap

Great location and beautiful setting. Love the art and the coffee is delicious. Lots of things to try. Service is quick but not much personality. Super clean. Great place to people watch. Quiet.

This place has very awkward seating and does not have the same bakery food options as the park slope branch. I got a flat white and it was good. Also service was on point. I would come back.

It’s with great sadness that I give this place one star. I take my reviews seriously and I understand the impact these reviews have on a business. I love Konditori’s coffee, and up until they stopped making breakfast sandwiches, I loved them, too. The reason for my one star is the service. Specifically, the service of one grumpy employee. He seems to be a manager and is there often. I’ve seen him be condescending to employees and he’s indifferently blunt with customers(the people who provide him with a job). Regulars will know who I’m talking about. There are many great coffee shops in Greenpoint and there is no excuse for bad customer service. Everyone else I’ve dealt with at this Konditori has been nice, so this guy sticks out as a dark cloud. He is verbally curt customers. As this guy seems to be in a manager role, I’ll give the place one star. I will no longer go into Konditori if he’s working there. I may actually start to avoid it altogether. This is what really saddens me. Their coffee is good and their pastries are awesome. Apparently, they’re not making sandwiches for 5 weeks. So when or if they start making them again, I highly recommend any of them. They’re made with good ingredients and care.

Popped in for a quick bite and a coffee on a Saturday early afternoon. Coffee tasted really fresh and was good. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta which was also decent. But…would it hurt the staff to maybe smile a little? Or at least respond and make eye contact when I politely smile and say thank you? They looked like the most miserable bunch of baristas I’ve ever seen!

Staff will give incorrect information about whether or not items contain allergens, so you’re on your own if you’re trying to not have an allergic reaction. Otherwise poor service. There are better coffee shops to give your business to. Avoid this one.

Walked by this place a million times but decided to give it a try today. Place is really nice, lots of tables. Friendly employees. I tried the Early Grey and crème Cookie which didn’t taste anything like earl grey but was still very delicious. Also tried their hot soy latte with coconut which was a little too sweet for me but also really delicious. Will definitely try more coffee and baked treats here!

Decent place for a cup of coffee and some baked goods. They have the usual hot and ice coffee options, a few teas, some fresh muffins, and a few other baked goods. Free internet with decent connection, plenty of power outlets, and about 15 tables. I was here for a few hours getting ready for the upcoming fantasy football season and enjoy an ice coffee. I was not a fan of the rock music they had on but that’s why you always bring headphones to these places. Will be back to try a muffin.

Uhmmmmm what the actual **** what is this I don’t think I’m asking for a lot that when spending 4 – 5 dollars on a drink I would like it to at least would be more than milk and water with a tea bag in it. why

So this is my face drinking Konditori’s iced chai tea latte:((>A<)) I don’t know how they can serve this. It tastes like water with a hint of chai flavoring. It’s extremely bland makes me want my money back. Badly. It isn’t flavorful and rich like most other chais I’ve had. From what I saw, the guy brewed packaged chai tea, poured the two takeaway cups halfway full of milk, then proceeded to put the brewed chai in – tea bags included. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even cold when I took a sip after he handed it to me. It was barely above room temperature. I came here because I had a delicious experience with a pumpkin muffin and everything bagel at one of their other locations. And although the green tea I had there was also nothing to write home about, it was at least halfway decent. I deeply regret trying their chai. Oh, and the two takeaway cups I mentioned earlier? I brought one back for my boyfriend whose first reaction was: «I think this is the worst thing I’ve ever had.» He also pointed this out: «Why is it pink!?»
