Good quality clothing but heads up on their return policy. I bought a shirt prior to Father’s Day, but wanted to return it after their 10 day return policy which begins counting the day you order! The shirt is too small and they won’t take it back. Wouldn’t it be a better policy to say, yes, we will help you? I would remain a customer, but it will be a cold day in hell that I’ll shop with them again!

I’m a little Kit and Ace obsessed. It was at first a very reluctant love affair, since the clothes are quite expensive. But honestly, you won’t want to wear anything else.
Just go inside and touch things (famous last words, I know). If no one is looking, just rub your cheek against it all. The «technical cashmere» sounds snobby but it’s really that heavenly. I promise you won’t disappointed. Tara, the NYC general manager, is funny and amazing. Careful, the woman could sell sand in a desert.
Free alterations, sparkling water if you want it, and catchy music that will make trying on clothes feel like a dance party. Oonst oonst, take all my money.

Though the clothes are a bit on the pricey side, just go in and try something on and you’ll understand why. The fit and material is amazing– I can go to work feeling like I’m in pjs and still look professional. That’s the goal, right?
They also offer free alterations on any of their clothing, and there’s a shop in-​store where (I’m assuming) one of their seamstresses took my measurements on the spot and fixed the length on a pair of pants I had purchased.
The staff at the store have always been really kind and accommodating– one woman even remembered me from the last time I was in.
They recently had a «last of it» sale, and I ended up buying a ton of things. If they ever do that again, I know where my paycheck is going.
