Found this place on groupon and found a gem! Think I found my new spot to get all my future fillers. Friendly professional and very informative. Can’t recommend them enough.

The staff at the Columbus location are so awesome. Very genuine and helpful when helping select treatments and products. I have had facials with both Leslie and Alicia and they’re so great!

I visited Dr. Harper 2X and loved my initial results, I even went back for an area that seemed to be showing signs of lines a bit too early and he fixed it up for me. I wanted to visit him for Juvederm in my lips and when I called the office they said I could use the groupon, since it was for a different service vs. using a groupon for the same service I was already treated for (Botox) Again I called to confirm with the office and I was told, ok, as long as it’s for a different service.
A week later I called back before I purchased to ask question about the type of Juvederm and I cannot tell you the run around I got from both the NY and Ohio office. Basically, they don’t want you to buy the groupon and offer to honor the price in office because Groupon pays them ½ of the value. I explained I wanted to buy the groupon vs. paying in office as when I shop through Ebates I get 15% cash back to me… It took 4 phone calls, an office manager who gave me a # to reach her at that had a completely full mail box and couldn’t leave a message and then said «sorry you were given the wrong information but groupon is for new customers regardless of whatever service you are getting» If that’s their policy, that’s fine, then they should educate all the people who answer their phones with that information, what she should of said was «we are so sorry you were given the wrong information, we will be happy to make a one time exception» But instead She really didn’t seem to care whether I came back or not.
Very disappointing as I really liked Dr. Harper and felt he was super thorough, I just don’t like getting the running around. So many ppl do botox in NYC, treat your customers good and they will continue to visit you and refer friends is my motto! I felt like I was getting the run around and they really were not interested in keeping/​retaining my business.

Let me start this review by saying that I am no stranger to toxin, filler, and topical skin treatments. I have visited a number of aesthetics offices in the past, but I have never been to an office that was as perfect as Juvly.
Scheduling the appointment was easy, both on the web interface and in terms of availability of a timing slot — I had a very short time window and they were able to accommodate me. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello at the front desk, which is a huge refresher. More often than not I feel that other offices greet you with a cold hello and a long wait time. Within five or ten minutes I was escorted to my treatment room and was greeted by the treating doctor.
I could write an entire two-​page review on Dr. Harper’s talents and bed-​side manner, but I’ll try to keep it brief and give you the highlights. Dr. Harper studied my face thoroughly, went over my «wish-​list,» and went over the options and suggestions he had for my fine lines that surround my eyes and run horizontally on my forehead. I chose to go with Juvederm Voluma to give my cheeks and under-​eyes more definition and Dysport to eliminate the fine lines.
As he went over his treatment suggestions, I did some mental math and had figured an estimated price. The shocker came when his price was about 50% of what I calculated — long story, short — Juvly’s prices are about 25−50% lower than the typical aesthetics office in NYC. Don’t mistake aggressive pricing for poor results, I did my homework and learned that Dr. Harper was trained in both Plastic Surgery and Dermatology at The Ohio State University. As expected, after a few days the swelling dropped and the Dysport kicked in — the best feeling is receiving the results you asked for. Dr. Harper delivered on his promises and I am thrilled with my refreshed new look.
Within a couple of days I received a text message confirming that I was pleased with my results, it felt great knowing that they actually check to make sure all is well. Although I have visited different aesthetics clinics in the past, I can ultimately say that Juvly will be my final stop. The staff is fantastic, the pricing is fair, and I couldn’t ask for better results.

I went in on March 6^th for lip fillers and ended up getting my cheeks and chin done as well. It was my first time getting fillers of any kind, so I was relieved when Dr. Harper put me at ease and made the whole process very simple.
The Pros:
— If I were the kind of person to keep a list of doctors and rate them on their bedside manner, I think Dr. Harper would be in the top five. The soothing voice and calming blue eyes (they’re soooo calming, I swear) helped quell my panic because I was an anxious mess when I arrived.
— They gave me the Groupon discount price for the lip fillers even though I didn’t actually buy it there first. That’s a pretty sweet deal.
— The whole procedure was almost painless. I’d describe it as slightly less painful than the numbing injection you get at the dentist’s office and far less painful than a tattoo or piercing. I don’t think I even felt most of the lip injections at all.
— They took their time and didn’t rush me at all. Basically, I felt like an actual person and not just another number or appointment. At one point, I even fainted (because I freaked out that much, NOT because of the very minimal pain from the procedures) and they gave me a good 15 – 20 minutes to relax and regain my composure. (Oh, and chocolate. They gave me chocolate.)
The Cons:
— Although I called and texted repeatedly, I never received any calls or messages back. The one time I got through to a receptionist, she told me that Dr. Harper had meant to call and that what I was panicking about was just normal swelling. (I had woken up the day after the procedures with a bit of a Joker smile and uneven cheeks, which later went down a bit because it was just normal swelling.) And yes, I admit that my calling and texting were borderline obnoxious, but I was SOOOO NERVOUS. This is my FACE we’re talking about, and I’d had no idea what to expect.
— While my new cheeks and chin do look lovely, I’m not crazy about my top lip now. I know the goal was to create lip eversion (when the upper lip «rolls out»), but the filler seemed to stay in the region just above the lip. This creates a slight «duckface» effect, so when I pucker my lips you see more normal flesh than vermillion (the lip edge.) He wanted me to go back for a second injection of fillers to get a fuller pout, but I’m nervous that that will only emphasize the «duckface.»
— I’m not even sure what the heck is in my face. I probably should’ve asked for a receipt or list of treatments printed out for me, but I completely forgot. So when my friends asked how many ml of each product I got injected, I just stared at them blankly. I don’t even remember the names of the products.
Final Word: Would I go back to Juvly? Yes, I would. Minus the poor responsiveness and the lip filler issue (which I’m convinced must be my fault because my lips are probably slightly deformed naturally anyway), they did a stand-​up job with improving my face.

My friend told me this place is the best for rejuvenating procedures in the city so I decided to give it a try. Had a great experience here and love the results. The doctor is very personable and is not a product pusher and my results look completely natural. I highly recommend Juvly. I also love that they post their prices right on their website. Give them a try!

As unpleasant as it is, at some point you got to admit that you’re no longer in your 20s and those pesky little lines are just NOT going to disappear. I I made an apt based on friend’s recommendation. After a thorough consultation with Dr. Harper who eased my concerns of having an expressionless face, I went ahead with the Botox procedure. While I want to look good, I also want to look natural and that’s exactly what I got. I can’t be happier with the results as well as expert care I received during the entire experience. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. For the first-​timers like me — beware that results are not immediate. However, after only few days I started receiving many more complements and male attention than usual. My coworkers commented that I also look very confident these days — a very nice side effect. I’m definitely coming back. Love my new glow!

I loved this place! Now that I’m in my mid thirties, I try to take even more care of my skin and preserve its youth. I’ve never tried chemical peel until now, when a friend recommended Juvly. I really enjoyed the experience — Dr. Justin Harper explained the whole process well, was very professional in answering all my questions and performed the procedure with ease. Immediately, I felt the skin being so smooth — the feeling was quite nice. As the Dr. Harper explained, there was some burning sensation, but I didn’t find it to be too discomforting. Within the next couple of days, as expected, the skin pealed — however, it was just the same as if the skin felt dry in winter — so I was still able to go on with my days as usual. Within three days, the skin really felt renewed! Much softer and smoother! I would definitely recommend Juvly to anyone who is trying any cosmetic dermatology procedures for the first time or even who’s done them before — you would be treated well and taken good care of, and you will be happy with results!
