This club is extremely prejudice. Yes all business have the right to be selective but if you are Latino, Chinese, Thick, chunky, too short, or doofy looking they will not let you in. This club only allows black or white model types.

It’s been a year+ since I’ve been here, and that number will just keep getting bigger because I have no intentions on going back. +1 star because we had free bottles thanks to a promoter. This place is straight douchey though. We walked in and first thing that came out of my gf’s mouth was«omg! guidos! fist pumpin! shit!» hahaha. Yep, shit. It was a bunch of nasty guys, and weird girls sitting on top of their chairs not moving. We couldn’t even finish our bottles and our group left near 2am to club hop elsewhere. Update: just saw a Unilocaler say this place is closed. .

So no one is going to update that this place is closed?! Dead as a doornail! Read my previous review on this place. Thank god it’s closed down, I mean when you go out partying in NYC do you really want to worry about some hooligans toting guns in the club like it’s a rap video ready to blow your head off?! Didn’t think so.

I came here twice on my last visit to NYC. It was a wanna be Hollywood club. Everyone in NY dresses so tacky when going out! The crowd was ugly and it was too crammed to even move! Luckily we had a table and I just people watched. I don’t know how people were dancing. They were bumping into each other, knocking over drinks, being sloppy and ugly people and sloppiness don’t mix. The only thing great about this place was the saxophone player. He was AMAZING! He went along with all the current songs and made the night WAY more enjoyable! I wouldn’t go back.

Below average, trendy food served in a dungeon like setting, You can’t even see what you’re eating. Had fun in the club, but this was a while back. Really nice servers.

Juliet, I have no love for you. I came here over the summer before all the hoodrat behavior of stabbing and shooting people started going down. We were there for all of 30 minutes and god was it sad. Drunk girls all over attempting to grind on a guy then losing their balance and stumbling into me. It was a pathetic scene and one that got old fast. We chugged our drinks and left.

Seriously don’t understand how this place is still open or why anyone would want to come here after the stabbing incident in Sept. and the shooting last month. I mean, unless you get off on that type of thing. I could imagine that at it’s prime, Juliet was the place to be. The interior is quite swanky, tables & seating are just right with plenty of room, and the music is usually on point. But these days it seems like Juliet is going further downhill. The door is not hard at all, judging by the looks of its inhabitants(& especially from recent events) and since I was last there(about 2 months ago?) the place is just dead & dull. Saturdays here also felt like a Jersey Shore episode gone wrong, if I remember correctly… trying to erase that night from my memory for the sake of my ego. Bottom line, save your time, your outfit and your life. Don’t go here.

This place is one of the better clubs in Meatpacking, but it has some downsides, like any other club. First, I come here with a promoter so I’ve never had a problem getting in and neither have my friends. Just make sure to dress hot, look good and wear high heels. The place looks like a huge discoball, but I don’t mind. It tries really hard to be «European» but from what I’ve seen it’s 95% American. It’s probably different on a weeknight; however, I’ve only been here on Friday and Saturday nights, so keep that in mind. The place gets pretty packed at around 1am, which is about the time a saxophone player comes out and plays with dancers shaking their a**es all around him. It’s pretty cool. However, the whole place is packed full of tables, so if you’re looking for a place with a large dancefloor, Juliet’s is non-existant. There is also a coat check right in the front, which is nice, not having to walk through a packed club to put your coat down. I’m giving this place 3 stars because the music isn’t great. It’s a combination of today’s music and oldies’ remixes, but not much house. Also, there isn’t much mingling amongst people and you’re often pretty confined to your own table.

Juliet falls among the ranks of ubiquitous bottle service set-ups around town, excuding the lure of feigned exclusivity, their doors sanctioned by surly bouncers, lines out front littered with the gamut of NYC nightlife: gorgeous model types, well-dressed folks looking to have a good time, euro trash tramps, music lovers, popped collars, B&T babes and more. So what sets Juliet apart? Sadly, very little. Once inside, the bottle minimums are still outrageous($ 3K for our crew’s birthday festivities), which is less than Avenue, who was trying to fetch $ 5K at nearly midnight. The music here is consistent, bass-driven house music which was hardly discernible from song to song, except for the occasional rushed loop in of some popular melodies like«Hello» and«We Speak No Americano.» Otherwise, it sounded like the DJ played the same song for a majority of the night. In terms of service, the ladies taking care of us were fantastic, keeping our table fully stocked throughout the night, bringing new bottles when needed and just generally being friendly and available when we needed anything. Overall, our groups had a great time, got pretty tipsy(how could you not on three grand worth of booze) and if a similar occasion arose, this might be a place we’d return to… as it seems to be lesser of all bottle service evils.

Music was off. The crowd is very tall and many foreign. There were a lot of foreigners that didn’t have a clue. There was not much dancing going on… what’s the point of a club if there’s no dancing?! Even though I had free bottle service… I was still very bored. I am absolutely not coming back again. I was just bored the whole time. Ended up leaving and doing something low key. Coat check lost a few of my group’s coat’s too.

Cue scene: last year around Halloween, Tuesday night, 10pm-2am, two 20-somethings ended up at Juliet Supper Club Upon first glance, the club is all that jazz. The décor is very glitzy and glam, and the use of space is very unique. Not much of a dance floor can be found, but there’s ample space in and around the tables for dancing. The tunes are catchy, and there’s a live musician egging a belly dancer along. Model types and wealthy clientele are in abundance. I can see why celebs would want to flock here. If special treatment is received, then you’re bound to have an amazing time. But, as many will attest to, the opposite is more likely to occur. I cannot say for certain if race has anything to do with the condescension that we faced, but the guy standing near the coat check was a complete douche. We tried to get his attention for a good 5 minutes. When he finally looked up, my friend asked where our table was. When she couldn’t hear his response and repeated the question, he snapped«CANYOUJUSTGOINALREADY?!» Like I said, douche. Even our promoter, Zack, didn’t seem to cater to us. I found out that his idea of a good time was to station underage girls at his table. I struck a conversation with one of them, and when she mentioned she was still in school, I asked what grad program? Her response was«oh, I’m undergrad.» DUBBA U TEEEFF. Said promoter then poured Grey Goose down her pre-pubescent throat. The unthinkable had happened: I was in a freakish episode of the Gossip Girls. So, in addition to being jerks with clipboards, this supper club also does a stellar job of breaking the law. Can the popo please layeth the smacketh down on this place?! This place has potential to be awesome… and I guess it is if you are a celebrity, or look like one, or if you«know someone» who hooks you up here… My boyfriend and I were in town over the weekend and we managed to get on the guest list here. We showed up around 11 and there was no line but there were about 5 – 8HUUUUUGE bodyguard/bouncers out front… and the did NOT look friendly. They were all standing around pretty much doing nothing but kept telling us to hold on a minute. Finally, this one guy(who was NOT very nice) asked our names, we told him, then he told us he really didnt think he could let us in because they were really crowded. So, I show him the business card I got from the person who got us on the guest list and then he hestitantly let us in. NOT a good impression so far… We walk in and the place is beautiful… very dark, good music, a lot of seating areas(at the time dinner was still going on so all tables were occupied with people eating), really cool ceiling, and beautiful people, etc… We walk up to the bar and order 2 drinks. Well, that came out to be $ 50. But on the bright side… they were strong so we didnt need more than 1. I heard that this is 1 of the top clubs in the US and one of the most exclusive(aka hard to get in)…and I can certainly vouch for that. I was wearing a dress, but more of a semi casual sundress so I definitely felt out of place. If you go here… make sure you dress up, A LOT, and bring A LOT of money if you plan on having more than 1 drink. So, overall– really snobby, pretentious club but is pretty awesome inside… make sure you are on the guest list or know someone who works there or there is pretty much no chance of you getting in…

This place has no reason to be this pretentious. Me and my 3 girlfriends came last night and they flat out told my girlfriend that she cant go in because she wasnt in heels… they literally said«hey we want you three but not her!» How obnoxious and rude can you be? pretentious crowd that I have no desire to be related to. im pretty sure with service like that Juliet wont last for long.

The décor is quite simple: reflective tile, wooden beams against exposed brick, and an ornate ceiling. There’s only one bar, which made for lots of waiting. There were only two bartenders for about 50 people waiting for drinks.(Eventually a third, faster bartender came on, too.) I really dug the haloumi cheese and mahi mahi appetizer bites. They were really flavorful. The space was really crowded for this event. I felt like I had to dodge people to get anywhere.

I went to Juliet last night around 12,. Went with my pretty girl friends and a promoter so getting in was no problem(plus it was a Wednesday night). I’d suggest going with a fairly large group of friends since the street Juliet is on is pretty shady looking. The place is pretty small, décor looks kind of tacky but lighting is awesome. Only one bar, but that wasn’t a problem for us because we had a table and there were plenty of bottle popped that night. The music wasn’t that great, but I was with a good group of people and a good promoter. People were smoking inside the club, and in such a tiny place it was suffocating. The bathrooms were small, gross and wet but the bathroom attendant was adorably charming and funny, cracking jokes and telling stories while girls waited in line Definitely a good amount of creepy guys there taking our picture without permission. Overall I had a good time with my friends and all the liquid courage at our table that night, but I’m in no hurry to go back

I had a pretty good time here, met some interesting people. Of note: coat check right outside of main door can create bottleneck. Plus people from outside still coming in, so can be cold when you take off your coat, feel the breeze on your shoulders and haven’t made it in through the other door yet. bottleneck by the bar. as in… swarm, swarm, swarm! good luck with that one lounges/couches were actually pretty nice. makes for some good convo. sucks if you couldn’t get a seat though small bathrooms, but bigger than 2305th which is net-neutral i suppose i liked the drinks. not sure i would pay that much for it if it was to come out of my own pocket, but the bartenders did good. appetizer stuff overall ok. low rating due to poor layout.

don’t know who designed this joint, but the way the bar and tables are situated makes for a deep bottleneck experience. I went for a private party and would never return. There were so many people competing to get drinks that you had to push through 5-deep to reach the bar. The décor is horrible — it’s like studio 54(the movie) threw up inside here. Service was pretty atrocious too. And, the doormen/women had not clue how to handle a long line. They treated us like a huge herd of cattle offering no direction other than a blank stare. 2 stars for free drinks as it was a sponsored event.

This place is new, so my first question is how long does a restaurant/club need to establish itself and work out its kinks? Maybe a year? To be fair, I don’t go clubbing. I think it might be best to consider trying this place again in a year or so to see if there’s an improvement. Or give it a whirl, understanding they’re new. I went here for dinner, and stayed for a few drinks. I think there’s a lot of menu/food options that haven’t quite sorted themselves out. For example, the ‘sharing’ apps are portioned for just a few people, not a big group. The food is pricey, and the menu was developed by celebrity chef Todd English. My guess is Todd English doesn’t personally cook the food, because it didn’t quite meet the expectations that come with the cost. The staff seemed overwhelmed by a group of 15, despite having multiple people working the table. Maybe it’s an organizational thing? The place reminded me of a cartoon where a character ends up inside of a whale. It’s cavernous, dark, and the black wall décor resemble what could be whale ribs. Yeah, that sounds weird, but you have to see it to understand. When we were leaving, the place was turning over for the club scene. I would believe it if this place is considered the place to see or be seen. They provide all of the following: Bottle service, coat check, and eye candy. Private tables, bathroom attendants, and remixed 80’s pop. West Side, on an service-like road, and in the middle of nowhere. Velvet ropes, lines outside, not really crowded inside.

Since this is a new establishment, the door is not that easy to get in. You must know a promoter, or dress the part to even get noticed. Last night my friend brought four attractive females with him and he was waiting outside for over half an hour even with mentioning the promoters name. In the end he just gave up and went to another bar. If you do happen to get in. Coat check is immediately to your left when you walk in. You enter through a tunnel like hallway to the table service area. The lights are similar to the LED lights at Greenhouse. The crowd is filled with dark-clothed patrons. The cocktail waitresses and half naked dancers are attractive and fun to look at. If you happen to have a table with a promoter or just with friends, then you will have a good time. Otherwise you will just be wandering around trying to find people to socialize with because not very many people dance here. I heard this place is also open for dinner hence the name«supper club» I have not tried their food yet, but I have been invited to a dinner next week that someone is hosting on a Sunday night.
