Not sure why the previous review is hidden but i’ve had exactly the same experience. Ordered, confirmed, price is great… delivery doesnt come, they promise it’s on it’s way, i waste all day waiting at home while they swear it’s in the van and the driver is on its way. next day same story. then they blamed the closed warehouse, then they swore they loaded my mattress in the morning so as long as i wait till definitely get delivered… and it went on and on for over a week… when i just gave up and bought another mattress… it’s a scam operation… you will waste your money, time and sleep! stay away…

This is the WORST company I have ever come across in my entire life. Don’t even bother dealing with them because they will waste your time. I recently went to them a few weeks ago for a mattress. They had so many over posts on Craigslist claiming their cheap furniture that I decided to give it a try. The guy was nice and everything seemed okay when I went in the store. I waited for the man, as he was dealing with a customer complaint about a delivery that they never made. That should’ve been my warning sign right there. But silly me, I had to go and ignore the sign. After paying for my mattress and filling out the appropriate paper work, the guy told me my mattress would be delivered in 3 days and they would give me a call in the morning to confirm. Three days later, they never called. So I called them to inquire. The guy said my mattress would be delivered that evening. I waited… and waited… and the mattress never showed. The next day I called them to find out what happened. The guy said they supposedly called me but I never answered or returned the phone call. Apparently they had the wrong number (How? I don’t know because I wrote everything correctly on the form). Anyway, we set up another day for them to do the delivery. That day came, but not my mattress. And the worst part is I spoke to the guy twice that day to confirm and he assured me my mattress would be there… and yet I ended up sleeping on the couch with my bed nowhere to be found. Their excuse this time was that there was a communication mixup between the warehouse people and the store. Fine, whatever. Once again, we rescheduled the delivery to another day. The day came and passed… where was my mattress? I called them again, and they kept assuring me my mattress would be delivered that day and yet nothing. Needless to say, it has now been 2 weeks, my back is in pain from sleeping on an old couch, I’ve become extremely irritated from the lack of sleep and comfort. After cursing these people out on the phone and speaking to the driver (or so he says), they once again assured me that my mattress would be delivered today. It is now 11:30PM and I’m still sitting on an old couch with no bed in sight, while the delivery guy claims that he will be here and is currently with another customer. What is wrong with this picture? Seriously? Never in my entire life have I ever encountered such unprofessionalism and dishonesty from a company. The only reason they even have 1 star is because the man has been nice to me on the phone, with the exception of one outburst instigated by me.
WARNING: Buyers beware of this company. JC Furniture & Mattress is a fraud and will waste your time and energy. Spend the extra couple dollars and go elsewhere.
