Glad I found this place near my Mom’s place. The staff was very courteaous, detail oriented and very clean. The prices are great and I loved that there was no waiting time. Did everything from eyebrows to pedi and was very pleased with end result. Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve always found places I like but never stuck to going. This is by far the best place I’ve been to. It’s small and doesn’t have that nail salon smell that makes me nausea. I refuse to go anywhere else. My manicurist there is Marlen and i always leave happy. All my friends love the design she does and will now go to here

Honestly the previous reviewer was right, well almost, it is very small, only 2 of the 3 technicians do acrylics, it is in the ghetto, they gotta step their game up on the pollsh selection, my technician did answer her phone twice but I don’t care because I probably would have answered too, I do have a life, but i did not have to wait long I got in the chair immediately and the girls after me didn’t have to wait more than 30 mins, at the price I paid, which was $ 20 for acrylics w gel nail polish, my nails look way better than expected, although they don’t actually do a manicure beforehand $ 10 fillings as well, oh and I guess because I’m so used to paying more I handed the technician $ 30 and as I was about to walk out she reminded me that the price was 20, which for some reason I thought it was 25 and gave me the $ 5 dollars back, which was so honest of her so overall I give it 3 ½ stars but I round up since $ 25 including tip is unheard of! Will definitely be back

While the prices are very cheap, I’m not sure if it’s worth it based off of the type of customer service I received. I waited 2.5HOURS to be seen on a Saturday afternoon, with only 2 girls ahead of me in line. I’ve never waited that long to get my nails done, ever. and I never will again. If it wasn’t that I was desperate to get my nails done for how atrocious they looked(and blinded by the cheap rates), I would have left. But I was misled by one of the techs that I would be seen in 45 mins so that also led me to stay longer. The space is very small with scattered, kind of run down décor. Only 3 techs in total, and only 2 of the 3 do acrylics nails so that leaves them getting slammed very quickly. That should have been my first sign when I walked in that I’d have a long wait. BUT I guess I’ve been spoiled by the salons who perform at lightening speeds bc these ladies TAKETHEIRSWEETTIME. They often stop to socialize, eat, talk on their cellphones, you name it. Several times when I was being serviced, my tech stopped to send voice messages on her phone! So unprofessional, I couldn’t believe it lol and was fuming inside since I already had waited for what felt like eons. It felt like I was over at a friend’s place who happened to do nails SMH. just not a professional business at all. When finished, although at first glance my nails did look great(got the coffin nail shape). At closer inspection, the acrylic was uneven on 1 of the nails and 2 of the nails were slightly crooked. Yes the average person wouldn’t notice it. But since I’m going to look at my own hands all the time, it is annoying. Oh and how could I forget the best part: one of the nails broke a few hours later! And no I was not being reckless with my hands. Just ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll return even just to fix the nail. I’ll most likely get it fixed elsewhere. Anyhow, this would have been a 1 star review but they get another star for the tech that did my nails who offered me a discount for the long wait. Random tidbits: — You get a 5−10% discount for following them on one of their social media pages — Mon-Wed is 10% off all services — They have a loyalty rewards card. After 8 visits you get a free manicure — *Simple* nail designs/gems are free — No UV/Fan drying machines. Just regular fans so adds more time to dry nails the old fashioned way. Although I did notice them spraying the speed drying sprays on some clients’ nails. — Cheap selection of nail polish brands. Don’t expect extensive varieties of Zoya or OPI. There were some OPI and Essie options. But a good 75% of the polishes were cheapie brands and drugstore brands(i.e sally hansen, wet n’ wild) But again. proceed with caution and I would recommend making an appointment if you still decide to try it out. Idk. I really wanted to like them bc again rates are cheap, and while waiting I perused their instagram and their work looks really good but. customer service is just as important as the actual service. I think this business has potential but it’s clearly new and they could learn a few more things to become more efficient.
