The wait is always extremely long. I’m usually seen about 1 or 2 hours after my appointment time. However this is less than 15 mins from my apt by bus & Dr Carreno is very nice so I deal with it.

All I needed was blood drawn and sent to a lab and this seemed like a good option given the doctor’s decent reviews on various health sites, but sadly I was terribly, terribly wrong. This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. They cancelled my first two appointments due to scheduling errors. On the third appointment, I waited and waited, but the doctor never showed up. Apparently, her three health assistants who were present while I waited are not trained to take blood (huh?). After an inordinate wait (even for a doctor’s office), I finally asked for my co-​pay back and left. I do not recommend, not ever, not even a little bit.
