I don‘t know about the quality but my earrings are stunning, love them, they seem pretty good quality. And I loved other jewelery in the store too.

Nice selection of fancy trinkets in the East Village. Prices are a bit high, though maybe what you’d expect in the East Village. Selection is good for the small size of the shop. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I love the bracelets I got from Incaze. They’re sturdy and they go well with any outfit I put on. When I first walked into the store, I loved how there was so many options to choose from and the environment of the store. It felt earthy. The sales girl was extremely helpful with me and made me feel very welcomed. Overall, I would definitely shop here again, their jewelry is unique and I feel like you really cant find these anywhere else.

So, I came here with a few of my friends after hearing them rave about how nice this place is. And they really weren’t lying. From the outside looking in, you can already tell that the displays are not just for show. Stepping inside of the store, the vibe is very«feel-good» and earthy. There are so many pieces to choose from, but at the same time it’s not too overwhelming; I personally like having a lot of options to choose from. You can really take your time browsing through, and the sales girl was really helpful in answering my questions, and even helping me decide what to get, without trying to up-sell me. Although majority of their jewelry is for women, many of these pieces are unisex as well, depending on how you accessorize and take it. Fashion knows no limits, right? Another thing I want to mention is that it’s placed in a really nice area. Around the store there are a lot of places to eat, and shop around as well, so, you can always look around and come back. Overall, I will definitely visit this place again to, maybe, buy myself something, or to buy a gift for a loved one. My friends have been rocking their necklaces recently, and they do look really nice, almost the star of their outfits.

I was so excited about this boutique after being drawn in by the beautiful druzy rings in the window. The sales girl was so helpful and patient and I left with three rings including a druzy and an emerald. I was told with confidence that these rings were sterling silver plated with gold and would not tarnish. I also bought a Russian uvarovite gold fill necklace which was priced at over 200 dollars. After wearing the items for a little over a week and taking care great care of them, the rings began to tarnish, to reveal not silver, but that cheap looking brown-pink metal and the gold back of the uvarovite had begun to wear. After spending three hundred dollars I got jewelry that discolored faster than the stuff at Forever 21. I was so disappointed. I called the store and was told I could exchange the rings for new ones. Upon arrival another salesgirl would not let me exchange them. She spoke to the owner of the store, who insisted her jewelry had never changed color before and because it had been more than 7 days, she refused to do anything for me. Her only suggestion was that I send the necklace back to INDIA for new gold plating. I requested to directly speak to the owner, and after leaving my information she never got back to me. All in all, the items are pretty but they are junk, discolor quickly, and the customer service is atrocious and unprofessional. Better druzy jewelry is available on Etsy.
