Great company with great support. Needed some ribbons asap they had everything in Stock at a great price in NYC. Way cheaper then my regular vendor. They saved the day.

Stay away from this company. They cannot be trusted. I ordered a printer from their website, they charged my card upfront and never sent the product. After cancelling the order, they refused to issue a refund and suggested that I dispute the charge. It has now been almost a month and they are still holding my money hostage. I spoke with both Rose and Eli and neither was able to help resolve the issue. If you do buy from them, I suggest that you use an AMEX card. I’m stuck in a nightmare of a dispute process with Visa since this company is fraudulently refusing to refund my card.
