This is my all time favorite spot in LES. I know doing breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, coffee, muffins, etc. sounds like anyone could do it, but no, other places skimp on the small things like good ingredients and friendly people. Heavens Hot Bagel does not! This group here is some of the hardest working people I’ve seen, and they’re food/service reflects just that. LONGSTORYSHORT = food + coffee is always delicious, prices are fair(which is a rarity in NYC), and the people here are great as well. :)

My boyfriend and I were looking for something quick and yummy to eat. So I opened Unilocal and found this yummy treat. The burrito breakfast is so perfect, I’m not usually someone who orders the same thing but it’s just so good that I do! I can’t suggest anything else haha. Also the price is something you can’t beat Thank you Heaven’s Hot Bagel for being my bf and I new sunday breakfast spot.

The food is good. I usually order the breakfast wrap. The coffee is good as well. Customer service is nonexistent.

LES-legendary. As other reviews mentioned, it is a sardine can of hung over and HANGRY peeps. Howeverrrr, despite the incapacitation of the customers, the line moves quickly. Last time I was here I left my wallet at home — they were kind enough to let me take my iced coffee and bagel out to retrieve it, even though I hadn’t paid yet. On POINT!

Heaven’s hot bagels is a staple of the LES and why people love new york. This small place, which is cash only, has a great variety of breakfast and lunch options. There are healthy options, meatless and pork alternative options like tofu, turkey bacon. The best part is the price. For $ 4 you can get an egg, cheese & hash brown wrap, bagel. JUSTGOHERE!

Pretty good breakfast place. Decently priced. I also think their off bagel options are delicious as well.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered a Heavens Burrito and despite the line, they got my order to me quickly. It was delicious and the portions are generous, packed with potato, eggs, peppers, sausage, and etc. If you have more time you can sit down and order a breakfast platter, or grab something quick and tasty on the run!

Great local spot to get a bacon and egg sandwich on a lazy weekend morning. It’s definitely not one of those places that will give you a great Insta shot of your bagel, but it’s simple, delicious, and cheap. There’s usually a line in the mornings/early afternoons but it’s quick and the people there are friendly.

I want to give Heaven’s 4 stars since it is very affordable and personally, I enjoy their iced coffee and my friend eats their bagels at least once a week, but I don’t understand my unluckiness when it comes to bagel shops in EV. This place is always packed on the weekends and filled with people who are hungover. More people=faster orders= orders have the probability of getting messed up often. The first two times I’ve been here others have taken my order, since the line gets backed up quickly, and then ended up having to wait even longer for my order to be corrected. In their defense the shop is very, very busy and a lot of people were angry that their orders took a long time. The third time I went, I was a little too quick and ended up grabbing the wrong order just to realize that wasn’t my order and be chastised by the cashier that I needed to be more patient X_X Oops. I usually get the whole wheat everything bagel with lox/salmon spread(yummy!), but I know that the whole wheat everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese if very, very popular. Overall, would I be back? Well, I haven’t been back since… I found myself another bagel shop in the EV. But I know my friend still likes to come here often since it is right on his way to work. *Cash Only

It was my first time here and this spot offers a variety of bagels! It was hard to choose one. I ended up ordering one scrambled egg on a cheddar cheese toasted bagel. The bagel was very light and fluffy which was a surprise to me because I’m always use to heavy bagels. It was delightful surprise! The cheddar cheese was not over powering the egg or the bagel, it was a good balance. The bagel was very tasty and delicious. I can’t wait to go back for an everything bagel!

Picture an anthill during an earthquake, or any other insect hive where there is chaos and ineptitude… and you think of this place. Lower East side. Manhattan. Lots of competition. And yet, the folks here seem to strive to get things wrong. Seating is cramped, so if you’re taking an order to go you’re already one step ahead. Besides, the air conditioning in summer is set super low, so avoid sweating while eating. I ordered an egg bagel and it was way too starchy. It arrived toasted when I wanted it cold, and then the beverage order was fouled up(stick to bottled drinks). And why do they have the word«bagel» in the company name? If you want some potato chips, or a greasy grilled egg sandwich with melted American cheese, then this place might be suitable(though I doubt it). But if you’re a Lower East Sider whose tastes are elevated beyond rubbish, you’ll look elsewhere. This place is awful. Cash only. No charge cards. A dump.

I had a nova sandwich here and it wasn’t bad. The bagels are decent enough and the total came out to like $ 7 which is pretty good for nova. That being said, it looks like their main steez is the bagel, egg, and cheese and if I were to return I’d probably go for that.

Was looking for a good spot to introduce the nieces to the classic NY bagel, and Heaven’s Hot Bagel was just that! They said, «I never had egg on a bagel before,» and I told them they hadn’t lived until they had, and one bite into that hot toasted bagel with egg and vegetables(mine with egg + sausage + love), they were transformed into butterflies and flew off, knowing they just had a most resplendent breakfast sandwich. Okay — that Gabriel Garcia Marquez moment didn’t happen, but they did say, «This is the best bagel I’ve ever had — the bagels in Dallas do not taste anything like this,» and they are right. And now they’re sad because they are in Dallas now, and life won’t ever be the same.

Aptly named Heaven’s, because this place is a cozy spot in the LES that offers a wonderful breakfast, for a steal. Tip: Cash only! Ordered the corned beef omelette platter(with toast & breakfast potatoes) — a bargain at $ 5. Also ordered the«big breakfast» — breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a bagel(switched from toast) — only $ 5.75. Delicious, filling, and they even have ketchup/pepper/salt/hot sauce, should you need it. There was ample room to sit down & actually enjoy it, compared to so many delis in the city, where you’re so cramped you grab your sandwich and run. Their bagels are excellent, and when I return, I want to try the french toast bagel. The cashier was sweet enough to refill my reusable water bottle, and give me a cup of ice for free. They were all very kind to customers, and there wasn’t that mad rush/rudeness that grab&go places sometimes have. That’s not to say the food was slow — their short order cook in the back had our platters ready in minutes. Can’t wait to return because this treasure deserves to be recognized. They have good food for an unbeatable price, a place to eat, and kind staff.

Too many margaritas on Saturday. Wake up hung over on Sunday. Want to die. Remember heaven is around the corner. Eat bagel. Announce to myself that this is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Announce to myself that I’m never drinking again. Repeat. In this case, ‘heaven’ is Heaven’s Hot Bagel, a basic bagel shop that has been my saving grace countless times. They whip up a mean bacon egg and cheese ANDHASHBROWN!!! sandwich. My excitement about this hash brown stems from many bagel shops not having these. I’ve only ever ordered this sandwich because it’s honestly all I ever want when I’m hung over(and it’s delicious), but there are a ton of breakfast options. The coffee is consistently decent, as in, it does the trick but I wouldn’t come here just for a coffee. The service is speedy. And, while I’m usually bee-lining back to my bed, there are a handful of tables that always seem to have a few people sitting at them. Until the day I don’t live within a stone’s throw of good bacon, egg & cheese, I’m never going to stop with the margaritas. And so my hangover Sundays continue…

First time here and it definitely lived up to my standards. The line was pretty long when I walked in Saturday morning, but it moved extremely quickly and my food was ready by the time I paid. I got the turkey bacon and egg on a whole wheat everything bagel for about $ 3. It was pretty fantastic! The bagel was nicely toasted and the egg and turkey bacon combo made for the perfect amount of saltiness. Also, you can’t beat a fresh bagel sandwich at such a low price! I will definitely be coming back to try some of their other menu items. The only downside is that they take cash only, which is understandable when everything is so cheap. Additionally, the service is great and everybody is super friendly!

I stopped by Heaven’s Hot Bagel for some lox on a bagel. Seeing that this place was highly rated on Unilocal,it must be good. So I had the lox on an everything bagel with extra onions and it was the most delicious bagel I’ve had. This place is cash only so better carry at least a $ 10 bill for a good breakfast. Owners were nice and thanked us. Not sure what happened with Paula M.

I love love love this bagel place. I find supreme happiness in the fresh squeezed orange juice(go early to get it, because they do run out on the weekends). I’m a constant bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel, and I love the bacon-egg-cheese ratio here. I have yet to have a bad bagel here. Their Heaven’s breakfast wrap, banana walnut pancakes, and french toast are all pretty awesome as well, and not too expensive! This is definitely a to-go bagel place. There are a few tables and chairs squeezed in, but with the volume of people coming in and brushing past your seated self, it’s just better to go eat elsewhere. Disclaimer though – if you get any kind of coffee with sugar, be sure to specify how much you want. I’ve had iced coffees where I’ve forgotten to specify, and have ended up with what tastes like an entire tablespoon of sugar. So it’s perfect if you need a sugar rush, maybe not so much if you have diabetes.
