The place and atmosphere are really nice but we ordered a porterhouse steak and it was cold. My friend’s filet mignon too. One of the waiters accidentally poured a glass full of water on my friend’s phone and it took almost 5 minutes to hear an apology… very disappointing and definitely not going back there.

Ohhh Harry’s I love you… so much!!! :) It’s the best brunch by far! I have been here maybe like 7 times for brunch(and I love to try new places, but when my friends and family are in NYC visiting I know that this restaurant will never disappoint). I recommend this restaurant to everyone, I have celebrated 3 birthdays here(including mine) and it’s always perfect!

One of the best boozy brunches I’ve had. And I booze a lot. Such a good price, delicious filling food, and not skimpy with the refills! Perfect brunch trifecta. Get the benedict, you won’t regret it!

Good place either for a quick drink or a nice leisurely meal. The food is the standard business fare… Nothing extraordinary but executed well. Good winelist.

It’s good, not great. Service is exceptional with attentive staff. The food could be better. Be prepared to eat after you meal here as the proportions are on to smaller side. It will not be filling, and you will want to have a slice of pizza or two.

I absolutely love Harry’s! Bottomless mimosas, amazing food, such a fun and upbeat ambiance! If you like French toast you will fall in love with their brunch cereal and coconut crushed French toast with berries! ahhhh it’s so good and a must order ever time! My boyfriend loves the lobster rolls which are very good too. Honestly anything ordered brunch wise you can’t go wrong with! Any time family or friends visit NYC for the first time I always bring them to Harry’s and no one has ever been disappointed! The service has always been so great and they make sure your mimosa glass is never dry! Although they do have a new hostess who was dressed kind of revealing and didn’t have a pleasant facial expression… but that’s a first, maybe she is new… otherwise they waiters and so awesome and I love it and so does everyone else who I have brought here! A must try when in NYC for brunch!

This woman got me seriously fucked up this morning. When they say bottomless they mean it. I never saw the bottom of my glass. Still looking. They’re still filling my glass. I’m walking out as I write this and she is still filling my glass. It’s been months since I went and she is still filling my glass. Drank. Food is good af too. Steak is the shit. But the best part of this place is their killer hip soundtrack. Today’s best hits — all of them. None of that jazz shit. 10⁄10 would go back again

I’ve been here for dinner twice. First time was the cellar room that fits about eight people. The second time was a 2-person table. Both days were packed. Food is great and they have a good drink selection. The service in the cellar room was great. I think it’s obvious that I don’t have to go into details. But service on the 2-person table was slow.

Great Spot in the Financial District. Gets loud in here but it’s always packed! Fun spot to be at down in the basement bar. Had a Manhattan and it was great only left 4 stars because I didn’t come for food so I can’t comment on that side.

I’ve sampled many unlimted champagne brunches in my NYC days and Harry’s has one of the best. First of all, the place is nice and you get good service. Secondly, they actually serve you all you can drink champagne. I do recommend paying a little extra for a juice carafe to top off your flutes, but you probably won’t finish it, so only order 1! Third, the food is really good. I have tried a bunch of items, but the 2 handed BLT is the way to go. One of the best BLTS, and it’s HUGE. You will have leftovers to bring home! And last but not least, this place is a bargain! You will walk out full and happy for $ 30 with tip!

Came here for brunch + endless champagne. I got the corned beef hash with poached eggs and biscuit, and it was early good though not necessarily worth the $ 24 without the champagne. Nevertheless, we left brunch happily tipsy.

Been here for lunch twice and I am a fan. On my most recent visit I had the salmon over lentils with chanterelle mushrooms in a porcine broth. Okay you had me at porcine broth. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the lentils and chanterelles complemented it nicely. The killer on this dish was the broth. I wanted to swab that plate clean and utilized my bread for that very purpose. We were seated in the back which I recommend as the front room is super loud. Service was efficient and friendly. Perfect for a nice lunch or dinner. Well suited for business entertaining.

A vendor took me to lunch here. Not a bad place. Nice space. Crowded. It is pricey, but the food is good and the service is great. I went with a turkey sandwich, and it was very big. Chips as a side. Not bad. I imagine the higher-end offerings are tasty, too. Smelled good. Seems like a cool place to be and to be seen.

This has to be the best kept brunch secret in the city. I love a good bottomless champagne brunch, but it usually involves either mediocre food, or a terrible atmosphere. Not here! I used to come here for business lunches when I worked in the area, so I was surprised to see a really young crowd of good looking people. Not rowdy or anything, just enjoying themselves. The food was great! Their corned beef hash was terrific, and all the girls at my table cleaned their plates. Our server was excellent and attentive, and kept the champagne flowing freely. I will definitely be back!

Its a bit old school feel… like a steak house. Had salmon… very tasty… with risotto. The bread budding wasn’t that good. I was disappointed. I wouldn’t come here unless for business. There’s no action and the waiters are disengaged. Several times I made request that went u answered.

The bottomless champagne brunch here has been on my list for a while, and it didn’t disappoint! The food was very tasty — I had Eggs Benedict which were cooked just right, not the best I’ve ever had but pretty damn good. My friend had the BLT which was massive and she finished it all so it must have been good! We followed that up with some of the coconut and cornflake French toast to share, which was absolutely delicious. Way lighter and fluffier than a lot of French toast options. I’m not crazy about coconut but it was just the right amount and really worked well. All washed down with copious amounts of surprisingly nice champagne(and a somewhat neglected carafe of blood orange juice). They weren’t shy on the top ups at all! The restaurant itself was very nice with a good atmosphere — some good chart music in the background to get you in the mood for Saturday night. All in all it was astonishing value and I will definitely be back with every friend that visits me in New York. Update: Went back and was sat in the back room that time and it was nowhere near as good. We felt quite ignored and I had to ask for a top up twice. The waiter just wasn’t as attentive. Also the atmosphere was very low energy — dark room with no windows and low key music. Definitely request a table in the main restaurant if you go.

was here for a rehearsal dinner. the menu: soup or salad. the mushroom soup was delicious. even my husband who hates mushrooms was surprised how delicious it was. rich and creamy. the salad was a greek salad. wouldn’t say it was special. hangar steak. they did a decent job cooking per customers’ request of rare, medium, etc. it tasted really good. salmon. it was alright. I wish I got the steak instead. chocolate cake. had ice cream on top sitting on a bed of liquidy caramel. the cake itself was pretty dry for my liking. the ambiance was nice. dim and cozy. pretty quiet considering how busy they were.

I have walked by Harry’s so many times not realizing this was a gem of a steakhouse in the Financial District! Dark lighting, candlelights gallore, and plenty of banquette style booths gives this sub-ground level restaurant a very speakeasy type of ambiance. Our group of 4 started off with a bottle of wine and cocktails. Their smokey cocktail(sorry I forget the name but will update this review when i find it) was actually genuinely smokey flavored! Slightly annoyed that you could probably count the number of decently priced bottles of wine on their list on one hand and that when we asked if we could get their Malbec(traditionally sold by the glass) by the bottle, it was cheaper than almost anything else listed on the menu… lame attempt at up-selling. But the food was on point. Definitely try the lamb ribs for apps: served with their yoghurt sauce it is divine. I had the bone in rib eye for the main course and it was absolutely delicious! You get a huge portion 26oz for under $ 50. Finally we tried their apple crumb pie for dessert — a la mode of course. Slightly disappointing since there wasn’t anything remarkable to note, but still it was a sweet way to end the night. Overall we had a good solid meal at Harry’s. Service was good, ambiance great, — overall you can expect an enjoyable night at this restaurant.

I was expecting this place, that esthetically looks upscale and frequented by local Wall Streeters, to WOW me. I was none impressed the least bit. Being that this was my first time, I ordered something very simple, and an appetizer, to take back with me to the office for an afternoon snack. Lunch order: the classic, American burger and french fries. How can you botch a burger? I’ll tell you how; although juicy, thick, and cooked to order(medium-well) — it was BLAND(no seasoning), and the the piece of beef sirloin sat between two slices of english muffin bread, which was not even toasted, plated with a pickle. I probably would have preferred cole slaw instead. The fries were so so; thinnly cut and not fresh nor crispy. To wash it all down, I ordered an Iced Tea. The tea tasted like straight water with slight brown coloring. Appetizer Snack: Crispy Lobster Spring Rolls w/Citrus Cumin Sauce. No bueno(Not good). The lobster did not taste fresh at all; more like something out of a plastic bag in the frozen food aisle. And the sauce was terrible. My first experience did not razzle or dazzle me. Maybe I’ll go back for just cocktails one day. But don’t hold your breath Harry’s.

Harry’s is the steak joint that will serve you whether your decked to the nine’s in a tuxedo or in a baseball cap and shorts! it’s really fit for any occasion wonderful waiter service, so friendly and inviting —harry’s sangria: red sangria with a tasty bitter lemon soda kick —complimentary sourdough bread: a good start to go along with the seafood tower —seafood tower: my favorites were the big juicy clams and the lobster claws! they give you 3 different types of dipping sauce for all the fixin’s —hash brown side: GETIT, never had potatoes prepped like this… it’s not the typical shredded hash browns but a mound of smashed potatoes with a crispy crust —sauteed spinach: gotta have some veggies! —sauteed mushrooms: standard —bone in rib eye: unfortunately although i ordered my steak medium rare it was half medium rare half medium, but still juicy and delicious you don’t even need Harry’s steak sauce(although that stuff is eons better than A1) —harry’s ice cream sundae: comes w/3 scoops so we got one of each flavor vanilla, chocolate, & baci(hazelnut) all the toppings are served on the side so you can customize! —cheesecake: a bit more sour than im used to but not bad good food & great company, thanks Thomas W. for an awesome dinner NOTE: we got to see the cellar which would be perfect for hosting private parties!
