The sign will read «8th Avenue Variety Corp Hardware» but apparently this is what it is called. Good hardware store in the neighborhood. Stuff is cheap, so it’s not the utmost quality, but unless you’re someone who works with tools everyday, that’s not going to matter. You can get all sorts of stuff here, like box fans, party supplies, tools, etc. Some of the items you purchase have a bad return policy, such as: if you leave the store with it, you can’t expect a refund. Kind people work here.

As the previous reviewer stated, they have EVERYTHING (cleaning supplies, sewing kits, party supplies and all general hardware needs). The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. They have come to the rescue on many occasions when it comes to solutions for fixing things in my apartment. One of the guys even fixed my shopping cart wheel for free… I was making a purchase of course. I will continue to come here for their variety of inventory and great customer service.
