This cart is not for the faint at heart. I usually get breakfast and a large coffee in the morning on my way to work. The egg sandwiches here are pretty good and for cart coffee its pretty good as well. The cart is not as clean as you probably would like, but hey, it’s street meet so what do you expect. The best part is the guy making and touching the food uses the same glove all day to cook and to handle the money so you know you are getting some good germs. I probably would give this place 1 star, but the food and coffee are really good.

This was my first Halal cart experience in NYC so I give this cart a 5 stars because they sold me with their chicken gyro with everything in it. It might’ve been the fact that I was starving from getting lost in the subways all day, doing touristy things with my gal, but they def hit the spot in all my tasty taste budssssss. YUM.

Not as famous as the one on 53rd and 6th, but this halal cart is always packed during lunchhour on weekdays. Located at the corner of Wall and Pearl(where Beaver St intersects), they offer $ 5 rice plates and $ 3 gyro sandwiches. Chicken or lamb, white/red sauce… you know the routine. Superb!!!
