lil over priced for what they offer, menus dont add up with what they have and what they charge. ordered lunch, waited over an hour they are 2 blocks away. Food came ICE cold. Ordered a side of potato salad with a small was 4.50 and there was barely anything in the container. Dont bother going for lunch

Everyone there is super nice. I come here for lunch if I’m short on time and have to rush back to work. I usually get the bow tie pasta with vodka sauce, chicken and broccoli which comes out to $ 7.70. Then I have them sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. It’s sooo good. It looks like it’s not enough food but it definitely is. The weekend crew usually tries to start a conversation with you which is nice and more personable. I tried the grilled chicken with chipotle sauce, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes today and it’s pretty good. It’s a whole grain panini so it tastes super healthy. I guess I just like how they’re all very nice and it’s good service. The wait isn’t too long — 5 minutes usually. Also, as an added bonus, if you work nearby, they give you a discount! I had no idea until the gentleman at the cash register told me about it, which was so kind of him!

Quick lunch stop. I ordered the grilled cheese… great price at $ 3.99 for a small lunch. This is an Average deli type place where the guy behind the counter«makes your salad» and a hot grill to order burgers and sandwiches or pasta of your choosing. They do have a breakfast grill too but it stops after 11AM. It’s a typical Manhattan deli… nothing to rave about especially not the prices. An average Panini or sandwich is about $ 7 — $ 9 before tax. The food prep is quick and great if you’re in a rush… as many things are already made, just needs to be heated.

The hot chocolate was nice but the red velvet cake was hard and dry. Service was awful — I wanted a different cake but couldn’t get them to understand which one I wanted so I just said red velvet because everyone knows what that is.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll with a small iced coffee. My total? $ 8.44. Absolutely ridiculous, however my meal was really good. Coffee tasted fresh, as did the egg sandwich. There’s a floor for customers to eat which is helpful for someone like me. At the end of the day, this place has GOOD, albeit overpriced food. I’ll come back here one day if I get a raise at work.

Normally I would give this place at least 3 stars, as the food is tasty. But teh service is horrible. The last 3 times we have ordered a sandwich platter(The Signature Lunch), there have been errors. Today was the last straw. I call this morning and ask for their«Signature Lunch» meal for 9. I emphasize the«green salad» with order, then pick 10 different wraps/sandwiches. At the end, I am asked«do I want anything more»? I say no, as I have already pointed out the salad and sandwiches. The sandwiches and wraps arrive… but no salad. We call, and lady insists it was not ordered, and no, we may not get it now. So if you order delivery, you are rolling the dice. Maybe you will be luckier than us. We certainly won’t bet on them again.

So this café is located on E 58th st. between Madison and Park. One of our core sites are located at the four seasons so this was short walk. When you walk in you can’t really tell that it’s a café as the first floor is strictly food space where you order and pay for your food. I decided to order a Cajun chicken quesadilla. This quesadilla was made from scratch and came with a side of tortillas. To get straight to the point, I think this was one of the best quesadilla’s I’ve had in awhile. I’ve tried to go back to get another one but it gets crowded during the lunch hours(12pm — 2pm) rush. If you’re around that areas during other off hours then I don’t think you’ll be sorry.

Really really below par in my opinion based off of what I ordered. I ordered a «fresh mozerella» panini– ANDLETMETELLYOU– It’s really not that fresh and DEFINITELY not worth 8.50 $. There was just so much wrong. The bread was not right– it was like a thicker wrap bread that seemed raw when you bit into it, the cheese was just way too much, and the tomatoes had NO flavor! The pesto was trying so hard to save that sandwich, but it’s extremely difficult to replace the taste of pure, fresh basil. Ps– you can’t label it fresh if it was PREMADE and waiting to get heated up! That’s A MISNOMER! The only reason this place doesn’t get a 2 stars is because: warm indoor seating for customers, and nice chips and salsa with the panini. That’s it!

THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! Unless you’re a young cute girl or a pushy asshole. We went in on a Sunday morning and they weren’t very busy. We waited for them to help the two people ahead of us then the two guys just disappeared. One went to make a coffee/flirt a girl that had come in after us. The other who knows after standing there for about 3 min four more separate people walk through the door and stand by us to order finally another employee comes over to help us but starts with this pushy guy and when my bf tells them we had been waiting longer the employee ignores him and proceeds to help the pushy guy and then was about to take one of the other people who came in after us until we insisted on being helped next. We had probably already been standing there for at least 5 minutes. Then when we were checking out I was telling the cashier what we had and Mr. Pervey asked about the coffee. I said yes we ordered a cappuccino and the other guy called it out to you. He argued with me that, that wasn’t the case. I asked if he had started making it he told me that it wasn’t ordered so how could he make it. It was ordered he was just too busy flirting with the young girl that apparently he didn’t hear, creep!!! After this poor service and the 15 minutes we spent in the store I wasn’t able to eat my sandwich before my appointment so I can’t comment on the food quality. Although, the total for two sandwiches and a coffee was $ 22 totally not worth it!!! I will never come back luckily delis like this are a dime a dozen in Manhattan so I don’t have to but they should probably keep that in mind.

Excellent hot breakfasts including French toast oatmeal omelets and wraps, bagels. Healthy paninni’s. But it’s the service I like the best, fast friendly and efficient, unlike so many other east side places. Upstairs seating.

I bought a panini and the menu board said it came with a side of chips and salsa. I didn’t get it with my order so I asked where are the chips and salsa? They said it didn’t come with it. I pointed to the board and said then why does the board say otherwise? The two staff members began speaking to me in a language other than English. The 10 chips and small cup of salsa it was supposed to come with isn’t the issue here, don’t advertise something if it’s not true!

I happen to work on 57th street and found this deli-café conveniently close by. Unfortunately the only reason why I order is just that, ‘they’re conveniently close by’, I’ve had the caprese panini and it’s alright, I’ve had better for $ 9; I once ordered a toasted bagel and it smelled like grill, I assumed they toast the bagels where they press paninis, recently tried the deluxe burger and it was not worth it, I ordered avocado and it was cut in huge chunks that fell straight off the burger and the fries were stale, def not fresh. I’ll just stick with their macchiato from now on.

I was really early for a meeting and decided to chill out at this Café and eat some breakfast. The store has 2 floors. The main kitchen is on the 1st floor with no seating. The 2nd floor has a large seating area along with a smoothie/yogurt section. I had a corn muffin and it didn’t seem fresh. If you need somewhere to chill, this would be the place. It also has a bathroom and TV on the 2nd floor.

Don’t go in lunch time, they can’t manage people. Long lines, orders forgotten. Very disorganized. I ordered a burgher and it took 20 minutes(technically is a mini deli so, it should be fast), but, the MOST impacted thing is they gave me a burger bitten! it went directly to the trash and I left because I had to come back to the office and even for complaining it was terrible. Pepsi can was good.

If you choose to operate your business smack in the busiest area of midtown, you better be efficient. The guy at the juice bar was the ABSOLUTEWORST. I came by for a smoothie today, with only one person before me in line. He slowly took his time flirting with the customer, completely ignoring the fact that THEREWEREPEOPLEINLINE. Who has twenty minutes to wait for a smoothie? What’s worst? After waiting a good 10 minutes for the guy to actually make the juice, finish flirting with the customer before me and say his bittersweet goodbyes, the woman made a side comment that she couldn’t suck her smoothie through her straw. The juice guy had already taken my order and started putting fruits in the blender for my smoothie, but What did he do? Without so much as an apology, he DUMPEDOUT all the fruit he put in the blender to help the lady in front of me re-blend her smoothie. This is the absolute f*** you to any potential customer. He obviously did not care for my business and made a point to blatantly show it. I wasted 15 minutes of my life and just ended up walking away with nothing in hand. Never coming back.

The food is fresh and made daily which is great. Since they renovated the place, there’s space to eat there, although not always cleaned up after customers when they do leave their garbage behind. Main issue with this place is that their service is terrible and their staff is simply rude. They’ll even have someone cut in front of you because they don’t want to deal with the argument and lie right in front of your face. TERRIBLE. DONOTGO!

I’m not sure what is so «Green» about this place, but as your typical quick breakfast stop in Midtown it’s not bad. I get the oatmeal a lot, in which you can get several different toppings for about $ 3. The coffee isn’t great, but its alright and is cheaper than the Starbucks down the street. This is one of a number of places though that try to push people out the door faster than is possible. For example they will say«NEXTPLEASE» when the previous customer is still putting away their wallet and grabbing their food. I find this very rude and a bit annoying.

«It ain’t easy being green.» I only say this because this chain has two locations literally blocks away from each other. Nothing like competing with yourself. I am still uncertain where the«green» part of «green café» came from. I am guilty of always ordering the same thing which eventually leads to you becoming on a name on name basis. Needless to say the staff here is extremely nice and remembers a face and/or name.
