When did Godiva become so snooty? I was told that I could not buy two rum chocolate truffles that there was a limit of half a pound because the chocolate had liquor in it. They were also very particular on what bags you could use for the quantity of chocolates you purchased. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. To boot, the truffles weren’t even that good. I’m sticking to Lindt from now on.

Who doesn’t like Godiva?
I came to this location for my free truffle, compliments of a Godiva promotion. It was delish. If there wasn’t half of Midtown in line, I might have stopped to buy a few extra. Oh well, next time…
