Why would anyone, as some below do, have the expectation that Fusion serves Michelin-starred cuisine. Obviously it doesn’t. If it were, the people who complain below could just have not paid the $ 6 or $ 7 for the food they ordered out of their own volition. For the price, this place is a fantastic value. The food is not bad at all. I personally order the grilled salmon(an excellent value). My coworkers order from here all the time. And the people who serve behind the counter are nice. Recommend.

I ordered through seamless on this order and got the pad Thai, fried dumplings, and a Diet Coke. Overall it was really good food. Everything was cooked to perfection and they give you A LOT of food. I was stuffed when I was done. Only downside was that the delivery was missing an item, however, they came back in a timely fashion to give me the item.

I have placed several orders at Fusion Grill through their Seamless site. I am a big fan of their food. My two favorite dishes are the Xiao rice noodles and Pad Thai daily specials. The portions are generous, the vegetables are fresh and vibrant colors(and the nice crunch hasn’t been lost through overcooking/sautéing), and the prices are quite reasonable. Delivery is the fastest of all the Seamless merchants with whom I’ve placed orders. I also like the spring rolls, which are small but inexpensive and are a nice, tasty bite(or two). I have ordered the smoothies and bubble teas on occasion. The smoothies are overly sweet. I did like the taro bubble tea but there was one occasion when the delivery man forgot my tea and then the restaurant did not answer when I called them multiple times to correct the error. Oh well, I forgive them because of how much I like their noodle dishes. I would definitely recommend Fusion Grill for tastiness and quality of their food, delivery speed, and vegetarian-friendly options.

Have ordered from Seamless a number of times. Food is pretty good, some dishes better than others. Prices are very good for Manhattan, so I can order and sample a couple of different dishes. Like the fish/fish fillet dishes and shrimp dishes, the shrimps are medium to smallish. The noodle soups are good, for delivery like that they put the broth separate from the noodles/meat/veg. The sauces in the tofu dishes I have tried have been a bit salty for my taste. Food arrives quickly and the one time(out of many orders) there was a mix-up in the order it was acknowledged with apologies and fixed promptly.

Super cheap lunch option if you need it. $ 6.66 for various dishes and the serving size is quite generous even by normal standards. Got both the bitter melon in black bean sauce and hot green pepper with calamari(wish they just called it squid instead of trying to draw in white ppl. this squid was definitely not batter-coated or fried squid. it was just squared squid stirfried with the peppers). Hot and sour soup was also surprisingly good. The reviews for this place are brutal but I still gotta give it a 3⁄5 for just being A-OK.

LUNCH pick-up review only. 3 stars for quick, cheap, no frills Chinese food in Midtown. My colleague is a regular so I tagged along. Shrimp & Broccoli for $ 7 is a very cheap lunch option. Standard brown sauce. They say they don’t use MSG but of course it’s greasy. it’s Chinese takeout. At least the broccoli was crunchy and not over soaked in oil. *DONOT pick the prepared foods. Order from menu and they will stir fry immediately. Colleague always gets the Singapore Mei Fun for $ 7.50(curry flavor) and she says the Roast Pork noodle soup is OK too. I’d come back to try the mock chicken and since I speak Cantonese, may ask them to just poach my food next time for a healthier option. Keep you posted ;)

I ordered from here on Seamless yesterday and I will never order from this place ever again. I ordered two basics: hot and sour soup and Kung pao shrimp. The soup was delivered at a temperature best described as tepid. Perhaps this was due to the delivery guy mixing up the orders. The soup was ok but not very good. The shrimp was in some congealed brownish sauce that was neither spicy nor flavorful. I was starving so I ate it. Big mistake. The rest of my afternoon involved my sprinting to the bathroom as I became violently ill. Avoid this place or you’re going to have a rough day. Yech!!!

Okay, so I was skeptical ordering from here because I don’t like mall-style Chinese food, especially when I live in a city like New York. However, after extensive research on Seamless, Fusion Grills was the closest and the cheapest when I was feeling the laziest. I was hungry and read about the«large portions» they have here, so naturally I got excited. I ordered an egg drop soup and a vegetarian chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce entrée. All that for less than $ 9, pretty good deal! My entrée was 2⁄3 rice, 1⁄3 actual food, which explains why the portions are considered to be «big.» I’m not the biggest rice lover so I was slightly disappointed. However, the vegetarian chicken was surprisingly better than I thought it would be, I just wish there was more of it. The egg drop soup was good too. Is the food great, no. It’s standard mall food. If you need a quick lunch fix during work hours, I can see how this place would be great but on a casual Friday night when I want to snuggle up with a movie, I may just suck it up and order delivery from a real takeout place.

I didn’t think this place was that bad if you’re looking for your run-of-the-mill greasy Chinese food. Every time I go there’s always a giant line and a ton of Asian people, which is usually my Chinese-food litmus test. The portions are huge and it’s really affordable too. I’ve only ever had their fried rices and fried noodles(which they make to order) and my stomach’s always been very happy.

The sizzling chicken here is just not good. It’s got a stringy quality to it. When they do have sauce, they try to hide this fact by smothering it with sauce.

It’s hit or miss at best. The overall price is decent by midtown standard, but they are only good for few dishes. And it seems that they never read your instructions when order online, ‘cus they never do what I asked to when I order from Seamless…

An okay place overall. I only get two items here after many many tries. Mei Fun and Bubble Tea. Some of the food items here are horrid, but if you know what to order, it can be good for such a low price. I hated the Mapo Tofu, some of the teriyaki items on the grill station, but Mei Fun and Bubble Tea are pretty good especially for the price.

Kinda gross. I feel bad giving them 2 stars since they were so friendly when I stopped in, but really, the food is bleh. I mean, it’s a mall style Chinese place acting like it’s not. So as long as you’re expecting mall style, then it’s decent and you’ll get what you expect. The prices are definitely good– aka cheap! Let’s just be honest — non-Asian/Chinese people will probably be happy to eat this stuff up and be satisfied(based on first hand observation when I was there)…but being Chinese, this sh*t is not for me…

You’re telling me you found something that is in Midtown East and is cheap AND edible? Okay, let’s face it. Midtown East is just notorious for over-promising and under-delivering. If you find a restaurant that is both cheap and edible here, you’re compromising something – it may very well be your health. I’ve ordered from Fusion Grills so so SO many times. Mainly because thei bubble tea is the cheapest in the area, they have a decent sized selection of flavors, and it’s one of the few places where your tapiocas are actually soft, supple, and well-cooked. That being said, their food is another story. Everything I’ve eaten from here, regardless of meat, vegetable, or dish name, ALL tastes like they’re from the same packet of seasoning or wok. I kid you not. Order any two dishes and try it. You will realize they taste the same. What’s in it may be different but it’s the same sauce. The dumplings are disgustingly«dough-y.» It just tastes like 3 centimeters of dough covering a slab of what could be a thumb of meat. It’s just gross. Don’t do it. Go for the drinks. Save youself from a morning of feeling bloated and gross, and eat somewhere else.

The food is fresh and cost is every low for midtown. I’ve been there 3 – 4 times a week for Teriyaki(sizzling) or Chinese dishes. They are serving bubble teas and smoothies this Summer — pretty yummy and cheap.

It’s hard to find a reasonable Chinese food in Midtown. My colleagues and I discovered this place by accident on SeamlessWeb. We love this place, we get the«bang for our buck.» We order from this place at least once a week. The food is delicious, tasty and fresh. Must try the BBQ spareribs and the BBQ Pork. Chef Specialties are a HITT(less than 10 bucks). Bubble tea for 2.50? WOW… every dime counts in this economy. Don’t expect this place to be like Shun Lee, Chin Chin(fancy, expensive and little on the plate). Think of this place as smart dining.

Worst lunch of my life. Got an order of dumplings that had been pre-steamed, left to sit and then«fried” — aka burned. Will never eat here again.

Definitely a low cost lunch option in the area… a friend from work and I ordered on Seamless Web and ate in the atrium. I had the General Tso’s w/brown rice. Mediocre. Satisfying. No complaints!

Nothing special at all, but this is my go to place for a quick cheap Chinese lunch. They’ve got a Mongolian BBQ if that is your thing.
