0 stars if I could! I tried out their service on a free trial month. 1) the ties did arrive quickly and clean. 2) tie selection is rather poor, nothing too fancy, very plain designs.
here’s the problem, after I cancelled my free month, they started charging my credit card for ties that they say I didn’t return. 8 in total, totaling over $ 400! These were ties I returned weeks ago, before my final shipment of ties arrived (I received 3 sets of 4 ties in the month trial).
I have filed credit card dispute and Better Business Bureau claim.
Here was FreshNecks shady response to my email:
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We will try out best to work with USPS in the return department. They need to process all returns and charge our account accordingly. Many times they like to take their time with this matter. Which is why we implemented the «waiting to return» policy to skip the return steps of USPS and speed up the exchanges for our members. We will refund any unnecessary charges once items are reached in office. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

We apologize for any inconvience but there is a disclaimer when you cancel that states that this may happen if items are not returned within 7 days. We will fully refund all charges once items are back. We don’t know if you kept the items or not. This is to protect our busines.
