Went in with pretty low expectations(not much of a salad guy) but was extremely impressed. Got a salad and just threw on the stuff that looked good with their sesame dressing and avocado. Relatively cheap($ 11) and enough food for a meal.

I love the concept of Fresh & Co and they have always delivered when I need a healthy, quick lunch without the time to go through a sit-down place. The manager at this location definitely runs this joint with an iron fist, as I noticed her being very diligent with her staff about service and cleanliness. The Fresh & Co concept itself offers you a range of different foods from quinoa bowls to soups and paninis. Runs you about $ 15 incl tax which I find to be decent value. It gets crowded though and I recommend getting take-away instead of sitting down at this location.

Un lugar como todos los que proliferan en NY. Todo bajo el paraguas de fresco y orgánico. Los empleados buena onda!

Do you like your paninis cold in the middle? Do you like to wait a long time for them because they have ONE person using ONE oven to heat ONE order at a time? Do you enjoy waiting in another long line to pay because there is one person assigned to the registers at lunch time on a Saturday during tourist season? Then this is the place for you! Seriously guys, this is midtown Manhattan at the holidays. Hire a few more people and teach them how to multitas. And PLEASE teach them how to use a timer on a convection oven to heat up a sandwich.

It doesn’t get fresher than FRESH&CO. The lettuce is delivered daily and the salad bar literally use fresh cutting boards, tongs and bowls per order. Located conveniently south of Central Park, this fashion district Fresh & Co. is on point. Exceptional service, fast, clean and delicious. You can sample unfamiliar and exotic ingredients but don’t be selfish at the soup station! Move it lady, you’re slowing down the line! :O I was in the mood for a custom wrap and it was the healthiest and most delicious concoction I’ve ever experienced. The management/owners are Greek and provide the best in quality. Spend your money wisely and invest in your health! Try the chicken curry salad or the blonde brownie. 5⁄5

I’ve been there several times. I work in the building right next door. The food is always very fresh and the help and servers are always very friendly. The prices are a little on the high side but again you are paying a little extra for the very fresh food, etc. would definitely go back. The place is very clean and they have nice seating and eating areas.

Just had this place for the 1st time today and it’s very good, a bit expensive but portion was good. I would eat here again.

My go to spot for lunch. I love all of their sandwiches but especially recommend the chicken & mozzarella sandwich. The price is what you expect to pay in NYC. I only wish they will open one in Westchester county.

The cook gave us something completely different than what we ordered and then tried to convince us that we ordered the random food brought to our table. I can’t excuse it as a language barrier because I pointed at the display dishes we ordered, completely different than what he brought, and he still tried to convince me I received what I ordered. The cooks need to do less talking and pay attention . The register staff was nice about refunding our money and apologized but now I have to rush to pack before going home.

Very popular lunch spot! Got a to-go vegetarian sandwich which was $ 6+ tax. There was a VERY thin slice of avocado and other fillings. The sandwich combination tasted pretty good but given how small it was for the price, probably won’t come here for the sandwiches again. The salad and burrito bowl lines appeared to be popular though.

It was near the hotel I had been staying, so I went there frequently. I ordered spicy soup, which came with bread, was really good. It’s nice place to both to stay and to go. I wanted to order salad, but it seemed a little ‘advanced’ and difficult challenge for me, because of my poor english listening skill… poor me(´・_・‘)

Picked up a salad here last night on way home. Guy behind salad bar super friendly and helful. Thanks Yaya! He explained the whole deal on creating your own salad. I had spring greens with 4 free toppings, mushroom, brocoli, tomato and chic peas. I added Feta for $ 1 and grilled chicken $ 2.75. Big salad but I was really surprised at $ 13 price tag! Anyway, cashier was sweet and friendly too and the salad was fresh and tasty but too pricey. Really nice staff and fresh food so I would eat it again. Next time though they have set salads that are around $ 9.75 which is way more resonable for a salad.

Giving this location two stars because the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional, particularly the guy working the quinoa bowls and the lady working the soups at lunch today. My coworker and I stood in front of the quinoa station for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were literally four people behind the counter in front of us, yet none of them made eye contact with us. The quinoa guy ended up moving over to the soup girl and chatting while my coworker and I continued waiting there. I finally asked if anyone planned on taking our order, to which the guy responded«We’re not open yet». 1) If you’re not open, why are the doors unlocked? 2) Why wouldn’t you tell us when we got to the counter rather than just flat out ignoring us? The place was empty save for the workers and a couple other customers, and they weren’t getting any service either. Disappointing because I love Fresh&Co, but we’ll just have to start going to the one on 57th&7th instead.

I was happy to find a Fresh & Co in the fast food desert that is the UES/upper midtown east non-Lexington ave. I’ve been to a few other fresh and cos around the city with good results. This one, not so much. After waiting behind 1 person on the sandwich line for 4 mins with no one even looking at me, the soup staff member came over and helped me. I asked for the Greek feta sandwich and pointed to the tray labeled as such with one open faced example. What I didn’t realize until 10 minutes later when I was eating my sandwich at work, it was a tomato/mozzarella sandwich… I guess I should have checked twice after the one guest in front of me got duped in the same way(he caught the mistake at the counter at least) I guess the 2nd star is because the sandwich I didn’t want was decent.

I am always searching for a healthy«fast» breakfast alternative when I have early work meetings. I stumbled upon this place and was pretty impressed. Lots of healthy made to order omelette and egg white options. Also had oatmeal and quinoa with fresh fruit options. The ingredients were fresh and service as pretty fast. Pro– healthy and relatively good priced breakfast. Starbucks will cost you more. Cons– cook your egg whites next to turkey bacon which grossed me out.

Visit Date: August 17, 2014 My sister and I stopped here for a fast lunch before seeing Cinderella on Broadway. The place looked clean, the service was very fast and there were a lot of healthy choices on the menu. We both had tomato & mozzarella paninis. They were good, not memorably good, but definitely not horrible. Overall if you’re looking for a fast healthy bite to eat these little stores set up throughout various locations in Manhattan seem like a good go to for that.

Just got charged $ 16 bucks for a mesclun, grilled chicken, feta, cucumbers, red onion, apples, oranges and beets and a bottle of water… That’s fucking ridiculous!!! Stay away from this location… P. S. You don’t mop a floor while people are eating…

Everything we had here was pretty healthy and good! I absolutely loved the bang kok salad with spicy turkey and cabbage and quinoa. The turkey chilli was nice and rich and full of beans and turkey. The fallafel salad was just OK. The turkey and cheese pannini with avocado was awesome. I’d skip the carrot soup since it lacked a bit of flavor and could have used some salt. I like that the service was pretty fast but it is confusing which side/who you order everything from. Also, they only have one(!) bathroom which was always taken. In the end, it’s great to run into a healthy fast food restaurant for pretty good prices in NYC so can’t complain too much!

Got a vitamin water and a very small bag of cranberry mini cookies… $ 6.50. OUCH! I know(and expect) to pay a little more in Manhattan then just about anywhere else… but OUCH!

OK. This was a pretty solid lunch and in general I recommend it. We must have hit it a the busiest time because it was crowded. They have this system set up to get people in and out as fast as possible and for the most part it works. We managed by nothing short of a miracle, to get a table. The line can be a little confusing to one who has never been but we managed. I got myself a bowl of veggies and quinoa, stir fried with custom ingredients. It was hearty and filling and good. It is what it is. A fast lunch for Manhattan workers but it worked for us.

Since the woman who called me on the phone was amazingly polite, I’m bumping this rating up to 2-stars. But I just placed an order through Seamless. They confirmed my order. Confirmed as in «We have everything you ordered. It’ll be there by this time. Hoozah.» Ten minutes later, this lovely employee calls me to inform that two-out-of-three items on my order aren’t available. So I have to go through the process of calling Seamless, being put on hold while they verify, and now waiting for my card to be refunded. Seriously no bueno… especially for a $ 30 bill… and a good way to ensure I won’t be giving your particular franchise another shot.
