She might be a good doctor but it is impoosible to see her. Her staff over books patients and expects you to wait 3 hours or more to see her. My advise is go find another doctor!!!

Dr. Frances Cuomo is my go-​to doctor for any shoulder/​elbow-​related concerns. Dr. Cuomo was able to treat a condition that stumbled two other orthopedists. Thanks to her, I am now at 100%. The entire staff, including Adriana, Georgeta, and Jaymaree are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I would definitely refer shoulder/​elbow related patients only to Dr. Cuomo. She’s simply the best in the business.
