**Complete waste of money**
I decided to give this place a try because the place looked cute and since its an eyelash store I would figure that they would know what they’re doing. They don’t… I got my lashes installed on Friday afternoon and they completely came off by Saturday night. That’s unheard of. For $ 50???
Never again.

Second time having my lashes done and I am still very happy. Other lash barsvthat I’ve gone to use a type of glue that absolutely ravishes my natural lashea. The owner Falicia not only removed my old lashes as delicately as possible even though it took way longer then I’m sure she expected, but she talked me through the entire process so that moving forward no matter where I went I would use the right products. My lashes looked great and I reccomend this salon to anyone tired of getting their lashes done in the back room of a nail shop…

Pros: Clean, organized, fast service, girl who did my lashes was very sweet, Chantalle I believe her name was
Cons: Girl who «greeted» was RUDE (didn’t get her name, she seemed young though), she didn’t really greet more than look me up & down to the point where I had to ask if I was in the right place; after I told her I had an appointment I was given a form to fill out.
Now onto the lashes. Lashes aren’t typically my thing but I got a Groupon and figured I’d give them a try
Pros: lashes felt comfy, eyes didn’t sting
Cons: had more lashes on one side than the other & yeah the lashes came off a day later which for me wasn’t a problem being that all I wanted them for was a day or so but still
I have another application left I’ll update my review based on how round two goes.

It’s a sunday early afternoon, I came and returned 10 minutes later. The 1^st young lady was very nice. When I returned to use my free eye brow promotion card, the 2^nd young lady didn’t even noticed I walked in. After apologizing, she hands me a form to fill out before the services. As I’m reading it I realize it’s for more than just eye brows, it’s for lashes and more. I asked her what was the form for, she replied very rudley with «can you just fill it out». Not only am I’m feeling uncomfortable now, there was a lady on the phone speaking loudly about sex and more. As a buisness woman, I will not return and hope on the next Sunday they will be more professional. Good luck.

Loved Abby had an amazing experience with her for all services (lashes, eyebrow wax & tint). She even took me day of!

Came in Fracassi Lashes not really knowing what to expect, and I left feeling and looking amazing. All of the ladies were extremely welcoming, friendly, and beautiful. I am definitely looking forward to coming back again in a couple of weeks for a brow tint and dash lash extension!

Eyelashes fell off right after my appointment.

Ambiance was perfect and relaxing, girls are very friendly and my lashes came out amazing to say the least. They also have so many offers and deals that are clearly worth it. Walked right in on a Sunday around 3pm, seated right away a me out the door in thirty mins.
Update; used so much glue my own eye lashes came off when removed. I don’t recommend whatsoever sorry. (²⁄₂₆) recently had my lashes done elsewhere for way cheaper and way better

This is was my second time coming to Fracassi Lashes. I’ve had brow wax before and was happy with the result. This time I came for lashes and Chantelle recommended dash full which gives a fuller lash look that can be worn day or night. I walked in at 11:30 am on Sunday, no one was there yet, and was done within 20 – 25 minutes. I really like the rich full look and Chantelle was really nice and helpful with her recommendations. I like the natural, human hair feel of the lashes. I’d definitely come back, but maybe do slightly shorter length which is more work appropriate.
I am giving this 3 stars because one side of my lash is slightly crooked. I thought it wouldn’t bother me but now it’s all that I see. I will update my review if their 2^nd trial goes well

I come here to get my eyebrows waxed and I’m never disappointed. The staff are really nice and I love how my brows look afterwards. Very cute ambience as well. Chantelle is the best!

I don’t know what I like best? My lashes or the service? I feel like I know Abby now. She is the best and she makes me look Like a doll afterward. I leave with Million lashes and eyebrows waxed for the gods!!! I’m there fm faithfully every week.

I’m hoping my lashes are better then the service. I made a 4:45 appt arrived on time and was told I’d had to wait 20 minutes. I asked why and the women said because of walk-​ins. When I asked why if I had an appt she said because on weekends they can’t promise appt. Can someone explain Friday is a week day, not a weekend (Saturday & Sunday). I’m not a lash expert but I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Ladies I have been to many places to get my lashes done. Many pulling out my lashes and burning my eyes with glue. Here at Fracassi Lashes there’s isn’t anything but pure eyelash perfection. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you’re treated with such professionalism in an atmosphere fit for queens we are. The lashes are priced to fit the A+ treatment you’ll receive. Usually you are stuck with just 3 choices of lashes (short, medium, and long) but at Fracassi Lashes there are many different styles to choose from such as Dash lash, Million Dollar Lash, and Vegas Lash if you like a more defined look. I’m writing this review because I found the best place to get your lashes done but I don’t want you to think that’s all they do. You can get your eye brows done, a facial, make up, and a massage at Fracassi Lashes. So ask yourself… why would you go anywhere else when Fracassi Lashes has it all.

I just left Fracassi and I am sooooo happy with my lashes! The tech named Abby saw me last minute and was able to give me a look in several minutes that is going to allow me not to have to wear mascara or eyeliner for a while. They look great and you can notice them from far away which is the look I was exactly hoping for. Can’t wait to come back and fill them in. Thanks Abby!

I was highly disappointed in service. I frequently get my lashes done in Miami and Atlanta, after moving to NY it’s been a challenge finding the same quality service. I stumbled across Fracassi while in the neighborhood running errands (as I live in central Harlem). I took a menu and thought it would be great to check them out and support a local business in the area. I made an appointment and I would say they were great with following up and reminding me as well as rescheduling. I finally made it in and was excited about the service. An hour passed and to my surprise the difference was minimal. The lash count was 90, in which I usually get 110 – 120. But since it was first time thought I start with a smaller count. I was shock bc usually it takes about 45 min for higher count. And at end of process I was surprised that I didn’t have to go through a drying process. She also mentioned during session that she never gets eyelash extensions done although she’s thought about it. That was odd and actually made me worry. Another associate was there as well communicating with her through it. Which I didn’t mind as much. After the process I was def not satisfied and was willing to get more as I showed her a pic of my results of a previous job I was happy with. She mentioned it will be additionally $ 50 for 20 more lashes and that still wouldn’t give me the look I wanted. I was shocked. I sat in chair contemplating if I would pay that ridiculous amount for more, but I had a flight in a few hours and needed to fix the matter. Instead of waiting on my decision she started eating her lunch. That was the cut off point for me. I will never go back here. As a fairly new business I would say they have plenty areas that need improvement in.
