My friend and I bought a deal off lifebooker for 5 reformer pilates sessions… and when we arrived, they only had 5 reformers, 1 ended up being broken, but decided to take 9 people for the class where we ended up «taking turns» for the first 20 minutes where she didn’t even have the people wipe the machines down when alternating and then it just turned into a mat pilates class because taking turns wasn’t really working. The machines were so unstable they kept bouncing every time people were using them, which was also very dangerous. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone as it was the worst experience ever.

Definitely agree with all of Latef X’s points. This class was quite disappointing even though I’m not as experienced with pilates — poorly taught, shoddy equipment, and overall disorganization. The workout itself was maybe a bit redeeming, as I sweated a bit, but extremely repetitive with no flow. The instructor seemed more critical than energetic and honestly looked like she was trying to get her personal workout in while we grinded away doing the same few movements on the reformers. We started over 6 minutes late and didn’t make up the time at the end, but I’m almost glad that I didn’t have to endure more of the class. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re on Classpass, and would most certainly never spend the money or effort to book otherwise.

I’ve taken a few classes here through ClassPass. I’ve taken a Saturday morning Pilates class here and the instructor I had was very good.(I think her name was Ann, older lady in amazing shape). I liked the class because it was challenging — she threw in pushups and other stuff to make it a little more difficult so after I left I feel like I had gotten a really good workout. However, I took a Power Yoga class there too and wasn’t too pleased. The class was supposed to be 7:25 — 8:15… Ended up starting at 7:35 and ending around 8:15 so not even 45 minutes of Yoga. The instructor stood behind us most of the time so I had to keep looking back at her and everyone else to see what position I’m supposed to be in. I’m not a Yoga expert so I like when the instructor is in the front of the class and I can watch. I just felt like the class was WAY too easy physically for a power yoga class and the instructor wasn’t great.

Took an advanced reformer class here. Think it might have been the worst class I’ve ever taken in my life. First, the equipment are not real reformers. They are these janky, plastic-feeling floor«reformers» that seem like they’re made by Mattel for kids or something. Creaks and very unfluid when you move or pull on the grips and everything just feels very low quality. I felt like it was going to break everytime I moved, and it doesn’t really fit well to different body types — like I said, seemed like it was built for kids. More importantly, the instructor had no idea what she was doing. She was so vague about instructing and explaining the poses and transitions, so we were all looking at each other trying to figure out what position she meant the whole time. Didn’t really help that much since there were only 4 of us, and it seemed like most of us had no idea what she meant. She also had very little energy, and there was no rhythm or flow to the class. She was just making it up as she went and would give vague, unintelligible instructions once and then would just sit there and make you do a bunch of reps in silence. Oh, no sweat either — way too easy for an advanced class. Also weird that they had a mat Pilates class going on at the same time in the same room, even though the room was pretty small. But the mat instructor seemed to be a lot better at instructing than the reformer instructor.

3.5 stars. I booked a massage through Lifebooker. You’re not going to get any of the bells and whistles of a typical spa — quite the contrary, in fact.(It’s a rather rudimentary setup here.) But you will get a good massage. I requested that the masseuse focus on a running injury — and she really worked it out! The next day, my previously aching muscle was noticeably more limber and and I was in far less pain. Aaahhhh… So, zero fancy amenities(and you’ll feel greasy afterwards, but I guess that’s what the baby wipes are for…), but a really solid massage nonetheless.

The area may look a little sketchy but this place gives great massages. I’ve been coming regularly for a couple months and the deep tissue massages are great. They have a deal where you can buy three 75 minute massages for a discounted price. I just purchased my second round of three. Definitely worth the visit! Love this place!

Worst Customer Service ever. Wanted to try this place out via Lifebooker. Said they don’t book appointments over the phone. Fine, however, it was my first time calling to see if any spots for a Pilates class were available. Very rude and when tried calling back ¾ times not, answering the phone. Getting my money back via Lifebooker. Lost a future customer. Going back to my regular Pilates place. Very unprofessional. Waste of breath calling but saved me money and time.

This place has become one of my «ClassPass regulars.» Let me start off by saying that I always get extremely nervous going to a new place, especially when I’m going to take a class that I’m unfamiliar with. I had a couple bad mat pilates experiences in the recent past so I was hesitant to come here. The place itself isn’t fancy — it’s in a walk up building, but I love the studio itself. They dim the lights and play relaxing music during class which is cool. In terms of the classes themselves, I’ve taken multiple classes with Natalie and Ann on Monday and Tuesday nights and they are both wonderful. They cater to all levels, are kind and very encouraging. I went from DREADING workout classes to looking forward to coming here! I encourage anyone who is nervous to try or looking for something new to come here!

This place is sooooo shady. I went here for a massage and came out with more bruises than I could imagine. My masseuse was horrible, he had no idea what he was doing, I told him about my injuries and problem areas and he obviously was inexperienced that instead of working on them he was poking them. When I asked him what he was doing he said ‘I’m transferring healing energy on to your pain points’ I had a massage booked for 90 minutes and I was out of there in 45. Oh and not to mention when I arrived there, he was asking me questions about my injuries which I thought was a great start but very shortly after he proceeded to open a beer in the middle of the conversation and drink it. I’m traumatized by this experience and never ever going back there.

Been coming here for years. The new location is a huge upgrade… lots of space, squeaky clean, and very inviting. The instructors get to know the students well and make you feel right at home. Not to mention, the prices are better than any other Pilates studio I’ve ever found. no frills, and you don’t have to be an expert to come… just a good workout in a clean studio! Highly recommend.

Great instruction and clean. I did one of their reformer classes on ClassPass and really enjoyed it. Five stars and I’ll be back.

This is the place to go! If you want individualized care and support in your strive to live a fit and healthy life you will love this studio. I’ve been going for their pilates reformer classes now for a little bit more than a month. I usually take classes with Nicole and Ann and I love both of them. Both will challenge you to the core and provide you with guidance you need to do the exercises properly. There are only 5 machines in the room so a lot of space for individualized attention. After each class I feel like I got to work the muscles I didn’t even know existed which is, always, an awesome feeling. I would definitely recommend this place!

I took a yoga class here through Class Pass. The yoga instructor and class were great. However the front desk woman/possible other class instructor who was there before and after was extremely rude to all participants… She was ordering us around, and if we had questions about yoga mats, cleaning off our mat, or where to go, she would answer in the most condescending manner. Not the best vibe to have when you’re about to do yoga or just finish a yoga class. Anyway, I’ll probably go back because I liked the yoga instructor and class, but I wouldn’t recommend this studio for anything else.
