Like this place! It’s like a smaller version of eataly. Food and services are very good. They also have a supermarket right next to restaurant. Will go there again!

I was here for brunch a few weekends ago and I thought it was okay. If you can, make a reservation because it’s really busy and the wait seemed long. We got seated quickly because the wife planned ahead. She wanted to bring me here because she thought the salmon tartine would be something I liked so I ordered that and she got the crepinette. The tartine was pretty good, a pretty good amount of salmon, but overall pretty small. In another case of forward thinking, the wife ate a little bit of her crepinette so I could have the rest. The apples were savory/tart, almost like a balsamic vinegary taste which combined well with the pork and the potatoes. The service was good, the food was a good quality but if I need to order two dishes to be full.

I have know been here for both brunch and dinner. Brunch is the best meal here between the two and d*mn is it good! Dinner was also great, prix fix is a good option. The restaurant accommodates groups well, but is a little slow on service. We spent three hours having dinner here, which worked out ok because we like each other. If you’re in a rush, try somewhere else Curry cauliflower soup is a must!

This is a solidly four star place. They serve a tasty and reasonably-priced brunch that I enjoyed but didn’t love. I came here with my cousin and a friend during lunchtime(12:30). We were told we had to wait 45 minutes, but in actuality it was more like 20. The service was attentive and nice, and the ambience was casual, brightly lit, and rustic-modern. The food itself was pretty good. My friend and I ordered the smoked salmon tartare, and my cousin ordered the crepinette. The tartare comes with a dark grain toast topped with piles of luscious smoked salmon and a seasoned sunny-side-up egg. The smoked salmon was particularly good, tender and not too salty. However, the dish lacked the extra oomph that would have made it 5-star worthy. The crepinette, which I got to sample, was an odd dish, not necessarily in a bad way. It consisted of a seasoned egg on top of a fritter, both sitting on top of a potato hash. The fritter was strangely reminiscent of a Chinese dumpling — probably because it was made of minced meat and vegetables and because the whole dish had a very vinegary flavor profile. I don’t know if that’s what they intended, though. I didn’t really like it that much, but it was definitely unique. They also had some yummy-looking cocktails, but they were expensive, at around $ 12. This is a quick and convenient café with decent food. I’d recommend the smoked salmon tartare if you decide to go!

Had dinner here with a friend last night. The food was pretty good. For appetizer We had the devil eggs the octopus carpaccio, and for the main course we had the crab salad and roasted chicken. Service was pretty good. They were attentive. I would definitely like to come back and try some of the other foods.

First off, make reservations because it definitely gets packed around 12pm. I ordered the smoked salmon and it was amazing! Its definitely worth the money especially because they give you several pieces of smoked salmon piled on top of a toasted piece of bread with some cooked spinach in butter. But the best part was the little balls of vegies that were sour enough to cut into the saltiness of the salmon and the over easy egg was cooked perfectly! Eating every bite together tasted yummy! Worth a visit and its in a cute little grocery store of theirs. Very healthy place to eat at if you wanna be full but satisfied. The service was great too! Super nice people!

Wanted to check this place out since it seemed to be the healthiest option near me after finishing a workout. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Tartine and knew it wouldn’t be filling enough so I ordered a side of roast potatoes. Was given literally maybe a palms full worth of potatoes for $ 7!!! Also a small cup of orange juice for $ 7?! Wasn’t even freshly squeezed. There are TONS of other brunch options in NYC, no need to spend the extra dollars here.

Brunch review. Had only one dish… But it’s a simple one. It’s difficult to destroy a simple dish. The egg and pork breakfast bowl(forgotten the name). The sauce is too acidic. The smell of vinegar stings(did you guys really lightly warmed the vinegar before serving?? Or you didn’t even consider doing that to begin with). In any case, bad taste in ingredient combo. Sorry, not impressed. Waiters were very sweet, though.

The service is good and the quality of the ingredients is not bad. The food as a whole is decent for a brunch with friends. The crowd is mixed and a little noisy. I can’t give it more than 3 stars because our table was extremely uncomfortable. This place doesn’t need high tables with stools !!! They should give the option when the name is taken for the reservation. I’d probably come back just for the groceries section.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday with a friend. I got the Chelsea juice — which was healthy but not so great tasting, danish and egg white omelette. I thought the lunch was a bit light for the price, but it’s definitely a nice place to visit. The good: — fresh and healthy food — beautifully presented — good selection and variety The just OK: — long waits on the weekends for walk ins — pricey — Ok taste

Brunch reservations always seemed hard to get, so I was happy when my friend and I decided to eat later(so we could sleep in a little longer haha) and snagged a 1:45pm reservation! Once we walked in, we were promptly seated; it’s a pretty small but cute dining area with a cute open-ish kitchen. The front of the restaurant looks like a mini farmer’s market area where you can do some grocery shopping before/after :). I had heard good things about the smoked salmon tartine, so I had to get it — Great choice!!! LOTS of salmon and spinach laid over a piece of black rooster rye bread. There was also a sunnyside up egg, dill, picked shallots, etc on top. It was a pretty filling dish!!! My least favorite part about it was probably the rye bread… kind of starts to taste a little bland and bleh after a while since it gets soggy. I wish it were some type of toasted bread with a little crunch — that definitely would have added more texture to the plate. On the side, I ordered a cranberry lavender scone, which was delicious! Since I had so much food, I had no choice but to pack half of it home, but it was still good after a few hours :) To drink, I went healthy and ordered the The Moore Park, which is a blend of carrot, parsley, apple, beet, ginger, and kale. YUM! I would definitely come here to try other items; my friend got the wrap and a side of crispy thick cut bacon which also looked mighty delicious. :)

Make reservations because it gets super packed! I got the salmon tartine — -smoked salmon on a piece of toasted bread with mixed greens and an egg on top. We also got a side of corn bread and bacon. I recommend the bacon! Super crispy bacon– comes with 4 slices! Service is great, this place is great! Average NYC brunch prices(~$ 15).

Yummy brunch! Came here over the weekend, got a 2:15pm reservation which wasn’t too late but the crowd was slowly disappating. The selection was great I really had a hard time figuring out what to order but went with the salmon tartine and a bloody mary. Solid choices, the runny egg was a great addition to the tartine and the bloody mary was on point. I love the little market and fresh food selections from the salad bar. I’m so happy I found this neighborhood spot!

Foragers Table is definitely a hip place with that«our meat was really happy before it died» kind of vibe. And keep in mind these are Chelsea prices you are paying for. We came here for brunch and I thought my meal was quite lovely, although the same could not be said for my friends. I started with a beet juice, which I thought was super yummy and refreshing. For my entrée, I went super simple with eggs over easy + rosemary potatoes. I thought my eggs were perfectly done and the potatoes had nice flavor. My friend got the waffle, which was okay, but not anything to write home about. My other friends got the Merguez sausage, which they felt did not have enough of a sausage focus, and the potatoes were soggy from sitting in the sauce. I enjoyed my meal and would totally come back, but given that that statement was only true for 25% of the table, I had to be fair and give 3 stars, and most likely I’ll be eating here alone next time.

Could rate this place lower based on their truly abysmal service(lack of water for the last 30 minutes, waitress who couldn’t care less, staff having a lot of fun while customers sit and vie for their attention, etc.). Strange for such a small place. Also had a pot-a-feu dish here which was nothing like what we expected(and no where near as good). But… … the duck liver pâté and deviled eggs apps were simply«as good as it gets». Ditto for the trumpet pasta. I could eat that all day every day and die a very happy man. It’s really that good. Plus there market has milk that actually is fresh enough to froth– the only place in a square mile we’ve been able to find fresh milk… but I seriously digress here. Horrible service, some dishes that are clearly misfires, but others that you can put on your bucket list. Sounds like 3 stars to me.

SUMMARY: Went at 6pm on a Friday night with 3 others without a reservation and were told we could have the table until 7pm. Ok service, yummy but not amazing food, delicious cocktails, and posh hipster farm to table ambiance. Good date spot. WHAT I TRIED: Small order of Crispy Tempura Softshell Crab + Deviled Foragers Farm Eggs + lamb special + cocktail with earl grey vodka + other cocktail that I don’t remember —-MORE DETAIL — - FOOD: OK: The softshell crab is NOT worth ordering. I love soft shell crab when it’s made right with just a little bit of batter, but this had so much batter that I couldn’t taste the crab at all. In addition, the batter wasn’t even very crunchy, so I felt like I was eating dough. The daikon radish salad it comes with was overpowering — they could marinate for longer to make it more tender and cut down on(the lemon?) whatever made it so overpowering. I would not order this again. My friend’s special was ok — but harder to mess up grilled lamb. One friend ordered a small side salad, which was huge and he enjoyed, and the other ordered the King Crab salad which he said was good, but it was teeny tiny(if we had each tried a taste it would have bene gone after our 4 bites). DRINKS: GREAT: The cocktails were all delicious. I forget what I had, but I very much enjoyed it(it was a sour, not sweet cocktail) and I tried my friend’s, which tasted just like earl grey tea and also wasn’t sweet. I loved both and would come back for the earl grey cocktail in particular. SERVICE: OK: It was kind of hard to get the waiter’s attention despite us being one of 2 parties there at first. However, props for them letting us sit down and telling us when we would have to leave to make sure they could fill their reservation. They even let us stay an extra 15 minutes because the reservation hadn’t shown up yet and we were in the middle of conversation. AMBIANCE: Very cute and romantic — love the farm to table meets posh hipster — love that their market is right outside the restaurant so it doesn’t seem toooo posh. Love the big windows but dimmed lighting and tasteful décor. Great for a date.

Dinner for three on Friday night at 7. Made reservations in advance. Went through grocery store entrance and we were immediately seated. Great ambiance, easy to have a conversation while dining. Fun menu — we stared with three very creamy deviled eggs and very well season octopus carpaccio. Solid cocktail menu to boot. Pot Au Feu was more like a fragrant warm thin broth vegetable soup for a cold day and was a hit at the table(we shared it). The soft shell crabs were huge, over battered and missing the Asian favors mentioned on the menu, the duck breast was perfectly cooked and the large puff mushroom was solid — but not anything special. Wine selections are organic and biodynamic — and we had nice pairings with dinner and desert. The Gruner was slightly tart and paired well with the crab and the Scarpetta Barberra went nicely with both the mushroom and the duck breast.

Awesome place for brunch! Came here with three friends and ordered three courses(2 savory and 1 sweet) and appetizer, etc. to share. We love the food! Omelette is so far the best one I have ever had in the city. Pancake is also the best one I can find here. Definitely will come back!

«Let’s go to [a different restaurant]!» we said. So we started walking there and then passed by Foragers and just quit while we were ahead and went in. I’ll start with the coffee: it was $ 5 for a small mason jar of cold brew or $ 3.75 for a small mason jar of iced coffee. So ugh. But I guess it went uphill from there when our scone came, which was exactly as buttery and crumbly as I hoped. For our meals we got the whole wheat wrap, which had eggs, steak, wok vegetables and salsa verde. It was like a burrito but ok to have for breakfast, like some kind of breakfast burrito. Those should be a thing. 7.5÷10 We also got the house made crepinnette which wasn’t a puppet like I feared but was a cool dish with sausage, egg, and apple as a nice touch. Use a spoon for best effect. 8⁄10 The service was great, by the way.

Just delicious :-) Great Service, the waiter explained nicely the menue. We had soup and a farmer salad as starter both were really fresh. The recommended wine from Portugal was slightly sparkling and a great combination to our food. Our Main course was a Steak and the fish of the day… both arranged with nice side dishes… both were on the spot and very tasteful. Overall it was a Great dinner which we enjoyed very much. If you have the Chance to visit the restaurant. Do it :-)
