The worst staff ever! The main chick gives no f*** about what you ask. Doesn’t even remember what you asked for when your like:“Are my shoes on the way?” and she’s like:” What shoes?”
If you wanna quick fix, forget about it, these people will take hours on getting you a pare.

Horrible staff, a month ago I went to return a pair shoes that I got from a different location but it was purchased under my husband name. The staff refused to return it and made a smart a$$ comment about how am I married to my husband when our last name wasn’t the same… I reported her smart mouth to corp. but not like they would do anything… I will never ever return to this store nor will I ever step a foot into foot locker again… better take your money somewhere else that has better customer service
