I knew that I needed a gift but only walked in to Folli Follie on a whim. I am happy that I did. The salesperson, Ms. Paris, was fabulous — very helpful. I both bought a gift and something for myself.

I was out shopping with my wife and we stopped in there because I saw a bag in the window I loved. The two girls in the shop were really nice and helpful. Not over pushy at all. She was happy to give me prices after the discount. I left with a card and dreaming of the vintage red patent leather bag I saw and loved as soon I walked in. Needless to say after dinner and researching the company I went back to buy the bag and the girl was supper nice and helpful. I put my name in for a drawing on a sparkly pink watch. And one day I got a call and I won it! I was on my way out of town, but the girl I spoke to on the phone, Da-Janae Fabian, was so nice, she offered to bring the watch to me, when I got back in town. Since I live on way uptown and close to her. I was so impressed with the costumer service. So she brought me my watch and I am so grateful. It was very sweet as I don’t get that far downtown often. And my bag is awesome!!!

My boyfriend bought me a watch from this Folli Follie. The girl told me I had to wait a week to get the watch band cut, which I thought was reasonable. It took me A MONTHAND A HALF to get the watch back and to this day the clasp comes a loose all th time. The quality of their watches isn’t great either, the gold plates started changing color and the gold color is rubbing off. So basically they charge you designer prices for costumer jewlery. Their costumer service is horrible and they’re scam in SOHO. Stay away!
