Very delicious Chocolate and pastries, their drinks are great. Would recommend to anyone around the area to try this location and others around Manhattan.

Coffee is okay – Americano wasn’t super hot so I only got through half before it was cold. No prob, it happens. The customer service though… I understand that orders get forgotten, wires get crossed and customers aren’t taken care of, but to be rude about it on top of that is pretty bad. They also keep supplies necessary for doctoring up a coffee sequestered in the back where customers need to ask for them(cream, honey, NAPKINS… seriously, why do you hide your napkins? Especially when you don’t wipe the tables?) I drank my coffee black because I felt that I was inconveniencing them when I asked for my yogurt that they forgot I ordered – what would they think of me asking for milk? On top of that, there are no curtains of any kind, so when it’s sunny half of the seating is unusable for someone with a computer or without sunglasses. This place is a big MEH.

Stopped by here for a delicious matcha latte! The ambience inside is clean, bright and designed with sleek lines. Very spacious coffee shop and a nice place to get some work done. Love all the displays filled with classic Swedish snacks and treats. The matcha latte is made with almond milk by default, so be sure to let the barista know if you’d like otherwise!

I Looked around for a good place to have a meeting in Hells kitchen. This was a great choice. Fast coffee, nice people. One has an upstairs mezzanine, the other is not as busy. Note to all, they have 2 locations on 10th. I don’t know why, but make sure when you are meeting, you meet at the right one.

Best capuchino in Manhattan. When ever I come to NYC I search for a good cap of coffee, I hate american coffee and think Starbucks for example is horrible! But here just under my hotel I found this amazing coffee just like we get in any Europian coffee shop! It a bit expensive but so much better then any other coffee around

Today I met the mocha of my dreams So I’d almost given up on FIKA after coming in multiple times trying to get a mocha that was rich, thick, dark, and similar to the hot chocolate at City Bakery. What can I say, I like my drink REALLY chocolatey. I kept explaining my request every time I went in(perhaps add more cocoa?) and no one could get it. But this morning, hallelujah!, one of the baristas was amazing. Best mocha I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t know how she did it, but thank you, she did. Was also so courteous and kind. To top it off this place is warm, comfortable, ergonomic… great place to study.

One of my favorite places to come to! Regardless if it’s for a simple coffee or pastries, it is the go to place for quality baked goods and coffee! FIKA in Sweden is a break in ones day when they can go grab coffee or a pasty with a friend or coworker or loved one– even if it’s during work hours! I think America should adapt the same policy and allow for a FIKA break! I am always happy to go to any FIKA location around the city! Always leave happy :)

Modern décor, spacious setting, decent food and beverage selection, friendly barista, non-stop daydream iTunes, free-wifi and plenty of A/C. What more do you need?

Beautiful space and yummy chocolate, but terrible coffee. There are too many good coffee options in NYC(though not many in this area) to put up with terrible coffee. I had a lackluster, burnt bean cappuccino which they gave me instead of the cortado I ordered; I threw it in the trash after 3 sips to check if it really was as terrible as I thought. My friend’s mochaccino tasted like watery Swiss Miss instant cocoa and contained ZERO coffee. We took it to go missing a lovely opportunity to watch the buses leaving Port Authority.

Just stopped by for coffee. I’ve only been in NY for 3 days so far and this is probably the best coffee I’ve had while being here. Will try other places though and compare but so far, so good.

Good Coffee has been hard to come by so far in NY. FIKA probably has the best coffee I’ve had so far.

Great space. Good food. BUT be warned that despite the hours listed here and on their website, the chef leaves at 2, so you can’t get lunch past that time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I liked this place so much I thought I would share. I am a grad student and like to mix it up and study in coffee shops. However, many make you feel extremely unwelcome, play their music to loud, or have tables that are to small to fit a laptop and a cup of coffee. This is not one of the many. The tables are the right size, the music is Swedish techno I think and it is like modern classical, a great back round music, it has free coffee refills, and a spacious layout. The one drawback is that outlets are hard to find. On a side note it is not just coffee and chocolates which the description leads you to believe it has a good selection of pastries, breakfast items and sandwiches. Perfect place to have breakfast at and work at all morning.

Surprisingly trendy café close to the main bus terminal in New York! Lots of construction around the café at the moment, but still a cool place for a coffee break. Lovely staff

Good coffee, very bland mushy oatmeal(I know oatmeal is bland and mushy, but this was also $ 6 with a tiny cup of slivered almonds). Very close to Yotel. Easy to run out and grab something to bring back to the room.

What a cute place, convenient, clean and delightful. Perfect if you’re looking for a quick delicious bite. Food was very tasty and the staff very helpful for our first visit. Refreshing to know that there is an alternative place to eat attached to the hotel that we stayed at. You just walked out of the Yotel Hotel and this quaint little place is right there. Love the truffles, and the homemade power bar very tasty, enjoyed a refreshing parsnip soup, Along with half of a smoked salmon wrap. I would highly recommend stopping by and checking out this new place for a quick and tasty bite. Bön appetite!
