its good Korean but not great Korean. Prices are high due to the area and service is not bad. Their menu has expanded it seems by like 4 extra items. Some tables outside(3 – 4). Inside is small but cozy. Great for lunch but thats it. This ther eis not much to say since i prefer other Korean restaurants but due to proximity, i end up coming here from time to time. Again food is not bad, but its not great. Fills the gap aka hungry stomach

I search for places that serve dishes in scorching hot stone bowls because the rice on the edges becomes crispy and chewy at the same time. Mmmm, it’s wonderful! Their bibimbap is better than other places in NYC, but my senses wouldn’t call it the best. The search continues, but this place is definitely worthy of a return trip.

Wasn’t sure at first whether to order from here or not. Was craving some kimchi jjigae on a cold day and have had bad experiences before from places around St. Marks. I’ve walked by this place before and it had a bit of a cookie cutter/take out look to it but I’m so glad I took a chance though. The kimchi jigae was spot on! Lots of fresh good kimchi, spicy and thick with bits of rice cakes and bean noodles and tofu. Also got the haemul panjeon which was a bit cakey but delicious nonetheless. The seafood in the pancake was fresh and overall it had nice buttery undertones. Looking forward to trying the kimchi bibimbap next. This place is definitely worth a try.
