Great place to stay if you need extra space in NYC. For about $ 400 per night for 4 adults + baby(could have also had 6 at no extra cost), this was a really good deal. This is an apartment style building, so don’t expect room service, 24⁄7 front desk, or daily housekeeping. We got housekeeping on Saturday, but they didn’t do our room on Sunday(although, they were doing other rooms on our floor that day, so not sure what the deal was). Some of the downsides: –It is a bit of a walk from the subway –When we checked in, we found a used wash cloth and shower cap in one of the bathrooms. Eww. Really made me wonder how well our room was cleaned. –One of the rooms reeked of cigarettes –Proximity to hospital means über frequency of ambulances going past –Expensive laundry facilities. Laundry card is $ 10, then you have to get credit to use the machines, then you have to go to Duane Reade to get detergent. Total cost — $ 25. On the upside: –Space! 2 huge bedrooms, one with adjoining bath. 2nd bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, lots of closets, windows that open. Our bed was comfy, but apparently we had the«soft» bed while the other room had a firm bed.

Two nights for $ 500 plus taxes in this part of town? A steal. Rooms are quite large and have everything one could imagine needing, from extra towels and pillows to a fully stocked kitchen to awesome all natural bath products. Hell they even use eco-friendly toilet paper. Room was very clean. Never did figure out what two of the switches were for but that adds a bit of charm. Complaints would be that the beds were a little too firm and that the rooms aren’t confessional quiet. Location makes up for those issues though. Within a 3 block radius is pretty much every shop/restaurant one would need.

Stayed for a week. — - — - — - If my room is similar to others, then all the rooms need a full day of dedicated handyman work and a bit of «new» carpets, curtains, etc. — - — - — - Bathroom shower spewed a steady nonadjustable stream. — - — - — - Shower tiles showed signs of mildew. — - — - — - Didn’t use appliances, but fridge, though clean, smelled stale. — - — - — - Could use more washcloths. — - — - — - Wall light switches don’t always work a light — nothing attached. — - — - — - Convenient to east side, of course. — - — - — - This is an operating investment /income property in multiple floors of a residential condo apartment building to provide long stay residences on the east side. — - — - — - OK, not great. — - — - — - Yes one bedroom with living room gives one quite a bit of «working space». Need to pay for Internet, and signal is OK not at top of the line speeds. — - — - — - Mops, ironing board stored in one of the large closets. — - — - — - Safe in closet for valuables. — - — - — - Yup, no full time desk person.

Stayed there for a few nights on my recent NYC trip. Suites are large, with kitchen, separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom(sized like a med one bedroom apartment). Everything was spotless, staff was great, and the location was great. Located in Murray Hill area, right across from NYU Med Center. You are right in between midtown and downtown, with lots of good restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Great place to stay if you plan on being in NYC for more than a few nights.

My friend and I stayed here for five fabulous nights! The air conditioning worked very well, but if it hadn’t we could have easily lived in the giant fridge. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms actually looked like the one on the www(a rarity in my experience). The neighborhood is very quiet and we both felt safe returning home late at night. The staff were really helpful and gave incredibly helpful local top tips and advice. I hope to return as soon as I can!
