Love those lady’s.they have the most unique and high quality boots around, looking for something different, funky, edgy, this is the place.

I love this place! It isn’t cheap but they carry high quality Italian leather boots. I am picky about shoe leather and a lot of Italian shoe designers have stopped using the really good Italian leather but at Enrica Lossi it was only the best. My daughter has size 11 and doesn’t like heels, she is very hard to fit. Her Enrica boots fit her perfectly and are so well-​constructed that the medium heel feels like a pair of flats. I ended up buying a pair of shoes as well because they were so well-​made they felt like slippers

They have a great selection of men’s shoes — and men’s shirts. The prices are high but fair. We went for a sale and got some deep discounts. The saleswomen were very helpful.

I have about 7 pairs from them already and I get compliments each time I wear them. If you love shoes this is the store to must see.

The BEST shoe store in NYC! I travel all over the world and make it a point to stop in Enricca Lossi every time I’m in the city. The owner & employees are always helpful & exceptionally friendly. When I had a problem with a pair of shoes that had a flaw, they gladly replaced the pair. Getting to know them has been advantageous as when they go on buying trips they look for shoes especially for me! If you want shoes that make you stand out come to EL. If you want cheap shoes, go to DWS.

The worst boutique I have ever set foot in. I had bought a pair of flats from them to cheer myself on when I had a broken toe. After my protective boot came off my foot was still swollen and I was not able to wear the shoes I had bought. I went back to the store 3 weeks later to exchange the shoe for something that had a bigger toe box. They said no! We have a 7– day exchange policy (!!!)They were so rude and obnoxious that I just left the pair of shoes ($ 100) that I had bought from them in there and left. This became a matter of principle for me and I did not want any merchandise from them to go in my house ever again. I live in this neighborhood and I was very heart broken to realize that I was dealing with bunch of crooks. I am confident that karma will do its work.
