The first place I go to when I’m in NYC and always the highlight of my trip. I randomly walked into this store a few years ago and have been an addict every since. Every piece is original and hand-made and exquisite… really just small pieces of art. Ancient coins wrapped in gold on leather cords or handmade gold chains, black diamond bracelets, diamond slices, gold and gemstone bead necklaces, freshwater pearls harnessed in gold on leather cords. These are pieces that I wear every day and they look just as good alone as they do piled up in multiples. What I love most of all is that everything is unique. I get stopped on the street by people asking where I got my jewelry and always with the preamble«…because I’ve never seen anything like it.» This is a store for those who value quality, beauty and independent style. I treasure every piece and can’t wait for the next one. Wish I could give more than 5 stars… Eli’s worth it.

My favorite shop in Manhattan. The stuff of dreams. Stunning design and exquisite craftsmanship. Elegantly simple and organic pieces with an Israeli ease and sensibility. Personal treasures surround beautifully-displayed jewelry. The taste level is truly exceptional. 5+ stars.

This is quite a beautiful jewelry store; most of the handcrafted pieces here are gold – «We have some silver pieces too” – with chunky bezels and freeform stones. The guy there – Eli himself? – appreciated that I recognized the gold pieces were of a very high-karat alloy. It’s truly gorgeous stuff – pricey but worth it.

One of my friends works here on the weekends. Karen F and I went to visit this friend on a cold and windy Sunday afternoon after dealing with the heyday of shopping on Canal. Never doing that again. Apparently everything in the shop is hand-made, high quality stones and gold, etc(I’m so not into jewelry, except the cheap shit from forever 21, so I don’t even know…) The cheapest thing there was like $ 400 stud earrings. I would much rather spend that $ 400 bucks on 4 – 5 pairs of shoes. But that’s just me. But kudos to the owners/jewelry designers for selling this high quality stuff to celebs like Debra Messing and the like. The interior was beautifully decorated– just remember not to lean on or put your elbows on the display cases– yes, that means you, Karen F.
