Element iN Time NYC

Found a pre-​owned IWC via Chrono24, which connected me with E iN T; as with all interactions buying and selling watches, I was cautious. Pictures are provided, of the «actual watch», but undoubtedly, they look like stock photos. .. watch pictures are usually flawless. After a few discussions on e-​mail and phone, we arrived at a fair deal for both parties and money was wired and my trade was shipped, should be the end of the story– Nope
For a situation totally caused by me, there was a snafu and it caused a remarkably easy transaction into one that was non-​standard. I offered a solution that I thought would satisfy all parties, but Nick and team came up with an equally creative solution that, in the end, worked perfectly.

After this store completed the sale, they shipped my Rolex certificate and also included a Bell and Ross black vinyl strap for free, since mine came with one strap missing. I am giving them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I will be coming back here again.

Just bought Der Fliegerchronograph 3706 from Element iN TIme. As in most eBay purchases, you never know what shape the watch is going to show up in. Not to worry, it showed up in mint condition! It is also complete with box and papers, and also the pushers to adjust bracelet length! It also arrived with extras like a watch carrier case, a jewelry cloth, and the Element iN Time warranty card. I am very happy, overwhelmed actually, by this eBay transaction. A most wonderful on-​line transaction!

I recently purchased an Omega timepiece (1997 Seamaster Professional Chronometer 300 M) from the guys at Element iN Time, and I couldn’t be happier.
Nick was extremely helpful and very understanding when it came to my concerns. I was buying online, sight unseen, so as you can imagine, I was pretty nervous. I did my research, and after reading positive reviews here and on eBay, I decided to pull the trigger. I received the watch the next day (overnighted from NYC to ATL). This is where I have to absolutely rave on these guys! The packaging was meticulous! You could tell whoever boxed up the watch for shipment really put thought and care into the process. The watch came in it’s original Omega box, and they had even placed 4 packing peanuts, with extreme care, on each side of the watch, as well as wrapped the case/​face of the watch in plastic and placed bubble wrap inside the box to ensure the watch did not move an inch. Then they had placed the box inside of a bubble wrapped shipping envelope (one of those flexible plastic ones and all of that was surrounded by packing peanuts inside the shipping box. Like I said — extra care, meticulously done. Also to be found inside was the original Omega International Warranty Card, an extremely nice jewelry polishing cloth, a travel case for the watch, a certificate of authenticity /​warranty card issued by Element iN Time, Gary’s business card, and of course, my invoice.
I’m a pretty cautious guy and I do my research, but Nick’s knowledge and demeanor set me at ease. I took it over to the local jeweler because I needed an extra half link or full link for sizing (I have a big wrist, and the watch is nearly 18 years old, so it’s not really surprising that the extra links were no longer with the watch). I also wanted to get the watch appraised for insurance reasons. The appraiser wasn’t in, but the jeweler was impressed at the condition of the watch given its age. I then headed to the local Omega boutique to see if they had an extra half or full link on hand. They pulled up the link using my watch’s serial number and, as luck would have it, they had a full link on hand! Fits great now!

The guys here are top notch and I wouldn’t think twice about coming back to them for another purchase. I bought a Panerai a few months back for my father. I saw the watch online and came in to see it in person. They were very patient and answered all my questions and assured me they have a warranty should anything happen.
That eased my mind a bit and I went through with the purchase. They gave me a sweet deal on a pristine pam 196. After about 1 week, I noticed the watch was running a bit slow. I figured the watch needed servicing since its more than a decade old, so I came back to them holding them to their word. They didn’t even ask any questions. I had my watch back that day, and the best part is, I didn’t spend a dime extra nor did the watch need any servicing, just some minor tweaking. My father loves his watch and wears it daily.

The purchase of my Pam 111 was a good experience but that expected since Element in Time has very good reviews. What sets average customer service companies from the exceptional ones are what they do after the sale. How does companies treat you after? Do they keep in touch? Do they respond to your nagging after sale questions? Do they honor their service warranty and their guarantees? Based on my recent experience with Element in Time, I now know that this company is an exceptional company who honors it’s warranty and provide great service beyond the sale. I found this store while looking for a watch that is not easy to find. I received the watch and all the accessories exactly as described in the description online. They rate their watches very accurately; a lot of sellers will rate a polished watch as Like New in Box — not these guys. LNIB means LNIB.
Gary and Nick provided excellent customer service, communication, and even overnighted my watch for Saturday delivery.
I would highly recommend this store; I know I will give them a shot next time I am looking for a watch!
