Crooks, Liars and Thieves! False Advertising, Bait n Switch Tactics– Chronostore– Nadia sold me a watch as a new display model with box and papers, now they refuse to and won’t produce the papers. They gave me papers from another watch. This affects the value of the watch greatly and they could care less. They wont respond to emails. My next step is Federal Trade Commision and an Attorney. Don’t believe a thing they tell you.

Chronostore was a pleasure to buy from. I found them on Ebay and they more then lived up to my expectations, and I love my Panerai watch. I would buy another watch from them without thinking twice!

BEWARE… Do not do business with this store! We bought a new Baume & Mercier watch from them that cost $ 2,600 on May 26, 2014. It was sent back to them three times since the watch did not work properly from the beginning. It cost us $ 170 in shipping costs. Each time they returned it, they said they fixed this or that and now it is working. However, it continued to not work properly. At one time they said they even sent it to a Baume & Mercier repair center but would not give us paperwork. Baume & Mercier guarantees their work for one year. In another email they said they do all their repairs themselves! We got to the point we did not know what to believe. We now have sent the watch to the Baume & Mercier national repair center in Texas at our cost. Chronostore will not pay them to repair it claiming there is nothing wrong with the watch when they sent it back to us for the third time! It clearly is not working properly. And… they will not refund our money. I have documentation for all of the issues the watch was having and Chronostore’s responses to them. In our conversations and emails with them, they state one thing one time regarding the work that was done, then another time their comments completely refute what they stated previously. These people are not to be trusted. If you have a problem with your merchandise, Chronostore’s guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. BEWARE… BEWARE…BEWARE…

This is an extremely friendly and convenient shop for all things related to your watch. I came in and bought a new band for my David Yurman. The guys installed it for me and had me out in a few minutes at a great price. They also have a huge selection, definitely using them when i decide my next purchase! Don’t pay more because of a fancy show room, go to the guys that know their stuff.

Chronostore was perfect for what I needed. I simply needed a battery replaced in a Burberry watch I’d received years ago as a gift. There was no run-​around or haggling. The person over the phone said it would be $ 10, and could be done in 10 – 15 minutes. The price was as advertised, and only took 5 minutes.

I was in the market for a Breitling watch, and after a bit of research, I found this hidden gem of a watch store only about 10 blocks away from my office in midtown Manhattan. The staff was super friendly, and they have a wide selections of luxury watches at UNBELIEVABLE prices. I ended up purchasing a Breitling Superocean and I couldn’t be happier. The watch comes with a great in-​store warranty on all internal parts, and they have great prices for maintenance. I came in to inquire about a TAG Heuer for my boyfriend and was quickly greeted and met with a smile. Everyone took their time with me, although it can get busy at times I always had someone who took over my transaction. I left the store with a good deal and they serviced my watch few months after and was perfect customer service. Thank you !

Finally heard from the folks at Chronostore. I was told that I received the watch I ordered and a check of all my paperwork revealed that was correct. But still that wasn’t the watch displayed on the day I ordered. After arguing for a while I hung up on them in frustration. A few days go by and they call me again. They are going to give me the $ 100 refund I requested. I was stunned. The money was in my PayPal account within an hour. I am pleasantly shocked. What did they find out? They never said but it’s over.
This would have a been a 5 star review if it had gone perfect, but they did give me what I asked for and they are still the cheapest.

EXCELLENT communication from the entire staff from my initial inquiry to the receipt of the shipment. Alex and Nadiya were stellar and made me feel like I was right next to them, in person, in their store in New York with each communication. Being 1100 miles south and having never stepped in their brick and motor store, this was very important to me when buying a luxury timepiece sight unseen over the net. If you know exactly what you want then maybe this is a good bet, but otherwise stay away as when I went there the guy didn’t want to be bothered with me trying a few different watches.
