I saw this in Groupon and tried it out. It is located on the upper part of a chinese restaurant and entrance is on the side. Upon entering hallway doesn’t really smell good. But when you get on their salon it looks decent. I had massage and facial.
I was expecting to get full body massage but was only given back massage. I was not satisfied and did not feel relax. I have been to other places for massage and this one was a waste of my time and money. Also during the service, masseuse was in and out of the room without excusing herself. She just left me in the room and come back so I was irritated but did not say anything.
Facial was good. It started with massage then steam and extraction. After that was mask which made me feel so relax and when it was taken out my skin felt better.
After the service i gave my tip and was asked to pay $ 8 for tax. It was the first time I was asked to pau for tax. And if ever there is tax I should have been asked to pay for it before I had my service.
I was not satisfied so I am only giving 1 star.

I would randomly try out spas so this so happened to be available when I wanted to make an appointment that day. Very nice, friendly, informative and professional! I was very impressed by the masseuse and her techniques. I did purchase a Groupon which was such a steal for this established spa. Price was 33 $ for promotion and then I tipped.

Massage was good and the place is clean and quiet. Massage was thorough and my friends facial was excellent. the 1 star is because after service they DEMANDED a tip. we didn’t get any extra services and we paid full price for the massage and facial. my friend paid 70 for her massage and facial and I paid 43 for my massage after tax. THEY WOULDNT LET US LEAVE WITHOUT TIPPING AT LEAST $ 10…I don’t mind tipping for services but don’t force me to! we felt bad and because we had no cash we gave $ 5 cash. upon leaving we checked our bank accounts and the spa charged the tip to our cards after we left!!! highway robbery! I will be canceling the transaction with my bank and NEVER returning again.
tip: the groupon is pointless because its the same price in the spa. gladly there are so many other spas on groupon and living social at a lower rate that I wont miss this place. i was wondering why there is not much customer feedback online about this place, now I know why!
