This review is based on my walk in service, not the drive-thru which so many Unilocalers have said was awful. The inside service area is fairly small, but it appears at this time there is some sort of renovation going on so the tables have been removed and there are a few men mingling about doing assorted maintenance type work. I was greeted with a smile and asked what I would like. Since I had my «clean» refill cup, I ordered the iced coffee with my specifics to cream and Splenda. I also decided to try the toasted coconut donut and the standard Boston crème donut for later emergency snacking. I try to always test my coffee before I leave my location just incase something is not quite right. Todays coffee was almost perfect. For the minimal lack of sweetness I just decided to deal with it. The coconut toasted donut was very good, but I would recommend not eating it in the car. Those little toasted coconut bits tend to fly everywhere and I know that no matter how much vacuuming is done to the car… one is going to continue to show up. I saved the Boston Crème donut until later in the afternoon for my emergency sugar dosage. It too was quite good and fresh. Here is a tip for those that like the donuts with a chocolate topping. Eat the donut upside down with the chocolate next to the tongue. The taste is much better when you eat it that way. Over all my experience at this location was very good and I would stop here again, but based on the other reviews it seems that taking the time to walk inside is much better than drive thru.

The worst drive thru. Waited over 15 mins to just get to the speaker. Then another 5 to get him to understand what i wanted. Missed half off my order when I get to the next window the guy starts telling me he’s the only one working there and they don’t lock the front door. Apparently crackheads had come in and harassed him. How the hell can management expect one guy to serve both walk ins and the drive thru in a location like this? That said the donuts were still tasty and the poor guy was very apologetic. 2 stars for waiting about 20 mins at 3:30 in the morning.

This drive-through is pretty terrible. Very hard to understand what they’re saying(very thick accent) also the speaker and microphone are messed up. It was extremely loud on my end, yet they could not hear what I was saying. As a result my order got messed up. I ordered a tuna fish sandwich. The sandwiches at DD are just very overpriced. I think the sandwiches are overpriced.

Customer service is great, but of all the dunkin donuts I’ve been to in NYC, including Fidi, Soho, Brooklyn Heights… this one charges more for everything. Over $ 5 for a medium iced coffee with almond milk, normally only $ 3.04.

Simple, clean, and fast. Exactly how I want it to work. My donut and ice tea(99¢ day) were ready before I was done paying, and it took less time to prepare my hot and piping hashbrowns before I was able to walk down, get a straw, and a couple napkins out of the dispenser. Exactly what I wanted out of the experience.

Only if i can give them(0) Stars… Impossible to go thru drive thru without messing up an order /must repeat it 100 times for simple coffee order. If you go inside and order feels like Bangladeshi Market — everyone screaming orders out, newbies barely getting their orders done, customers going crazy. Worse Dunkin Ever Been To. Pathetic Operation.

I’ve been here a couple times because of the convenience of the drive-thru. Each time something was wrong with the order, no sugar, wrong flavor… etc. Im usually on the road by the time I realize it and not turning back. Despite the diminishing quality of the donuts and muffins and the watered down coffee, they have now raised the prices on some of their products. A regular large iced coffee went from a high price of about 3.20 to 3.83. This is absolutely insane. NOT going here again!!!

This particular DD is the friendliest one I encountered. And it aint the the awkward affability usually inherited by the foreign workers who went sat through a few Dunkin Donuts sanctioned Customer Service classes. The workers at this restaurant are cool, they say things like, «whats up? hows your day?», «Im sorry I dropped that coin while handing you the change» and«have a good day» I really think that DD is going downhill these days. From the watered down coffee all the way to the Parthenon Muffins(crumbling before you touch it) to my number 1 greivence– those shitty MICROWAVES that they try to pass off as toaster ovens. Yes, those things that heat up a croissant to a astonishing room temp, they are 20% toaster and 70% Microwave and 10% E-Z BAKE.
