Writing this as I sit here and drink the third cup of incorrect this employee made, the place is dead and he gave me the wrong hot chocolate and Argued that i was wrong and then after that the ‘right’ hot chocolate tasted watered down which means you need to refill the powder(I worked in dunkin donuts 5 years ago and still remember this) after 3 times I jus changed my mind and got a dunkachino which of course tasted water down. & the asshole still wanted to argue with me about it just satisfy your customer and shut up its dead in the store anyways how hard can it be? Oh and he also had a blister on his lip. Sorry didn’t wanna go there but if you’re gonna be a jerk & do your job wrong at least look presentable

Slow. The one across the street is much faster. Plus the shmuck behind the register called me «ma’am» twice. What the? In office, figured out she made my coffee wrong. Tastes like 5 sugars and caramel when I asked for 1 Splenda.

Service was not bad, and the deluxe grilled cheese with ham came on soft fluffy bread, which was actually perfect. Not a fan of their donuts though.

Stupid me, I had the unfortunate displeasure of sampling the incredibly small, unorganized and busy DD across the street when this one is the closest proximity and immensely better all around. The layout isn’t big but it isn’t hole in the wall small either. One single file line for orders feeds two registers efficiently and quickly and the designated pick up area is just that. Service was good even though I had to clarify to the cashier that I wanted one coffee instead of two. The food was prepared quickly and, well if you’ve ever had Dunkin’ Donuts before, it was the same as always. I’ll be back.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. The employees are rude. The owner has to know this. I asked for milk on the side for coffee, they looked like I was nuts, and the guy on the counter said no, this around 330 pm on a Thursday. Please change the staff. I love the coffee and dounts though. But 1 star for customer service.

Disgusting! The coffee was sour and the prepackaged breakfast sandwich was soggy and did not taste good at all. I had a coupon for a $ 2 sandwich; the order still came to $ 3.96. Anyone who willing spends $ 5.46($ 3.96) for this«meal» is not spending intentionally. This is why most Americans are in debt! For me it was a rare«treat», and a coupon was used — I can count the times I purchased breakfast on my right hand. There are people that actually fork over good money everyday… For convenience. I bet folks say«oh what is the big deal, $ 5 here, $ 4 latte later». But it adds up. I don’t mind spending money on good food, but this is not good food. I could make the whole thing for under $ 2 at home and it would taste amazing, not soggy, processed, and sour. I will not return. I will continue to make breakfast at home, and continue to choose money over convenience.

I actually really enjoyed Dunkin Donut’s on occasion, but this location gave me food poisoning. Their blueberry muffin was the only thing I had eaten for a few days other than clean food from home that got no one else sick. That’s not to mention the physical evidence of the muffin being the first thing to come back up… After this 1 — 2 day ordeal, I swore off eating at any Dunkin Donut’s again.

I ordered a Hazelnutt coffee today. I selected the XL size because I remember how disappointed I was in the«large» size offered at this location the last time. This time the XL reminded me of the large I usually get in a Brooklyn Dunkin’ Donuts locaion. But it was fresh coffee even at almost 2 P. m,

This is a great DDs location. The lines are usually always almost out the door in the morning but I am usually never in line for more than 5 minutes on my way to work grabbing my coffee. They have designated people on the cash registers and a ton of people behind them putting together coffee’s, boxes of donuts and sandwiches. They have a sitting area on their second floor which has wifi for those who have the time to hangout but I have to be honest and say I’ve been up there before. My only real complaint is the fact that the straws and napkins aren’t near where you pick up your coffee/food. This means that you have to fight through the line or a crowd of people to get to the straws, napkins and the garbage in the corner of the store.

I am a BIG fan of Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is always on point, so I like to rate my DD’s based on service. This location has an amazing staff, the place is clean, and the station with the straws, sugars, etc is filled and neat. I take my coffee with cream and extra sugar, they seem to get it right. Plus, for the price and quality compared to Starbucks, I definitely run on DD. Only thing I am not sure if this place is 24 hours, I came here at 1130pm and they were still open whereas alot of the coffee shops in this area was already closed. In this month, their donuts are shaped like hearts, which is a nice and cute lil touch XOXO One thing that I always do is the surveys at the bottom of the receipts, takes me 1 min to do, and I get a free donut. Its a never ending cycle of free donuts ^_^

They make their coffee right, not too strong, not too weak. The temperature of the coffee is just right. It is kept fairly clean, tables wiped, paper napkin dispensers full. For a busy Manhattan location, the line can move a little bit slow. Each employee should be at a designated station(handling the bagels, pouring the coffee, operating the cash register), not criss-crossing each other back and forth, which is attributed towards the slowness. Twice that I’ve been here, there has been coffee dripping down the side of my cup and the cover not completely on. It irks me because I don’t want to hold a wet cup with the possibility of some more coffee coming out. So both times, I had to take my time to wipe the sides of the cup and push the cover on. A minor inconvenience when you’re in a rush.

Anyone who doesn’t rate this DD w/5 stars is crazy … but then again, I’m crazy for Dunkin Donuts Chocolate Glazed, Blueberry Glazed & to celebrate the season, there’s also Pumpkin Glazed! The Pumpkin is sweet & has light pumpkin aftertaste — not too strong but not too plain. The crunchy glaze that coats the moist, cakey, sugary donut is typical DD deliciousness And don’t forget their coffee! Milk & sugar added please! They’ll do it for you to ensure the correct ratio & it’s hot, sugary & a perfect pairing to their donuts Staff wearing shirts that read«Friends Don’t Let Friends Drink Coffee From Starbucks» Ain’t it the truth, ain’t it the truth!

I’m surprised by all the terrible reviews here! I know it’s just Dunkin Donuts, and I have a particular fondness for it since I can’t get it in California, but I thought the donuts here to be very fresh, the staff friendly, and the place wasn’t dirty and didn’t have mice running around or flies on the donuts(I’m pretty picky about those kinds of things too). I like the strawberry glazed, and the powdered sugar. My friend also liked her egg white veggie flatbread, surprisingly! She thought it was one of the highlights of the trip!

This TB is in one of the dirtiest sections of lower Manhattan, you might just get TB by being here. All this I was really fine with, I’ve come to expect it from nuestros amigos at taco bell. When it’s the time for the bell, it’s the time. But I swear this is one of most expensive TBs in the city or ever. A crunchy taco is supposed to be like .89 cents not 1.69… I think I may apply for grant money to investigate this dire matter more seriously. Because this is an injustice we cannot idly stand by and let happen. T Bell is a fast food treasure and we must get to the bottom of this price gouging.

Very good Dunkin. Does a good job at moving through lots of people quickly.
