Terrible service. This review is long overdue… We live nearby, so we used to frequent this location pretty regularly. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, so you’re either a fan, or not. I think the coffee and tea at all locations is decent tasting enough for a chain, and the prices are cheap(especially if you have a coupon, or go in during their promotions). The doughnuts are blah. The reason for the bad review? The service here isn’t that great. I don’t expect people to go out of their way, but I do at least expect a greeting upon ordering, and a thank you after paying(especially if it is slow and I’m the only customer). Seems like every time we come in, the women that work this location are exceptionally unfriendly. Even though cream and sugar come with the coffees, they seem bothered that I want it. Not extra, just the regular amount. The last time I came in(weather was in the low 90s), I specifically asked for an iced coffee. The woman taking my order misheard and charged me for a hot coffee instead. When I told her that I wanted an iced coffee, she rudely told me that she had only charged me for a hot coffee and expected me to just take the hot coffee. When I told her that I wanted an iced coffee and was totally fine with paying for the difference, she seemed irritated that I would even suggest such an inconvenience. Either way, she ended up charging me the extra dollar for the iced coffee(didn’t even ring up the difference on the register; just took my dollar). She seemed upset and inconvenienced that I asked her to make my coffee iced(even though I asked and now paid for it). So she literally turned around, took that same cup of hot coffee, and just poured it over some ice. Never again. There are literally Dunkin’ Donuts at every other street corner, and coffee shops on every block. I can spend my money elsewhere. Here’s some advice: drop the attitude. You lost a customer, and gained another negative review. Wow, you guys are running a smart business! FYI, though they technically have two doors, the main door has been out of use for months, and only the side door is available. Because of this, it’s a pretty tight space(the door is near the sugar/straw/condiment area). So it can be slightly problematic if you have to deal with a stroller and/or wheelchair. They sell donuts, so obviously kid friendly.

Horrible location! they constantly give you old coffee and stale donuts. The service is also disgusting. They constantly joke amongst themselves and make fun of customers in their own language until one time I saw them get called out on it by a customer that understood them.

Coffee tasted horrible. Service was terribly slow. No one in the store and it took 10 min for a bagel and a small coffee. Maybe they had an off day.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The middle aged man behind the register(owner/manager) is always so rude. The coffee is always cold, and whenever I tell them that the coffee is cold, they add hot water. Not worth paying for watery coffee. This man always comes of somewhat of a woman hater. I noticed that he is always rude to women, young and older. All I want to do is to get in, get my coffee, and get out. But this rude man manages to ruin your mood by giving unnecessary attitude, and bad coffee. I will not go to this location anymore.

Crowded, cramped store and unenthusiastic staff makes visit here pretty brutal. But when ya need yer Dunkin coffee… you gotta do what ya gotta do!
