Very inconsistent. Trying to make this DD into my go-to-place. Sometimes they are quick but most of the times they are not, even when there’s not a lot of people or the morning rush. It all depends on who takes your order and who is working behind the prep area. But prepare to wait even for a simple coffee order.

I stumbled over to DD after seeing the super long wait at the Starbucks on 168 and was pleased to see the line here was super short. Not a huge fan of donuts in general, but I love the munchkins! Their iced vanilla latte is super sweet.

I went in here today and the staff was so ratchet(for lack of a better word). The cashier was angry yelling at someone on her phone while she’s helping customers. Then that same cashier yelled at the cashier next to her calling her a pendeja(Spanish for idiot) telling the person whom she’s yelling at on the phone that she doesn’t know how to count change. It was just unbelievable the way she was treating the other cashier. It also just creates a negative atmosphere all together. As a customer I don’t want to go into a place and see you screaming at your peer, it just makes the place look bad. My biggest pet peeve is having someone«help» me while they’re on their phone. It makes your customers feel like they’re a nuisance. Deff not a DD I will visit again.

This is my favorite dunkin donuts. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. I think their coffee is better than Starbucks.

This has to be one of the best dunkin’s I’ve been to. The coffee never disappoints and the customer service is always friendly and entertaining. I also like that they have pints of Baskin-Robbins ice cream for sale(2 pints for $ 9.99). It’s on the cozier side but In my opinion the space is large enough if you want to sit and sip your coffee. I’ve never been here when all the seating was taken. I’ve been to pretty terrible dunkin’s before so I hope this location keeps up the current quality and standards.

Happy to see they have almond milk as an optional extra for .50 cents. Pleasant environment despite the alarms on the fridge. No public loo means three stars.

This is my favorite dunkin. Lovely people that work there. Nice and clean, etc. However, I sense a slack in crowd control. Not enough workers especially in the morning shift. I have seen some new faces. But more staff is needed peak times… I ADORE diana! She is a hard worker, extremely proficient, sweet and a has excellent customer service skills! SHESHOULDBE A MANAGERORSUPERVISOR. LOVETOSEEHERTHERE!

I love this dunkin donuts. They always have everything I want, the line goes quickly, and they pop my iced tea out so fast. I pretty much live at this location anytime I have a need for iced tea. Prob the best of the dunkindonuts I’ve been to.

Starbucks was crazy busy(BIG surprise at 168th st.) so I trekked over to Dunkin. Dunkin is like Starbucks’ younger brother. Everyone knows the quality isn’t as good, but you’re not gonna complain about Dunkin. Not to mention at 168th, Dunkin is unbelievably quicker than Starbucks. EDIT: I retract my statement about speed. This Dunkin has ZERO concern for the huge lines that develop. When that happens, the workers are supposed to speed up, amirite?

WOW. Ummmm… it’s kind of sexy in here. This Dunkin’ Donuts replaces an old Japanese restaurant from way back when, and a gut renovation has provided an establishment with, by fast food standards, a clean and modern interior, with rainbow-colored lights along the front counter, flat-screen television menu displays, and plush comfy booths. It’s more of a place to «set up shop», more akin to a Starbucks than your average D.D.‘s with signs boasting free WiFi all around. In fact, a few NYP employees were in there on their laptops!(Perhaps they take the people that can’t fit into the Starbucks on 168th and Broadway? Slick move, D.D.!) Service is personable and quick. Honestly, it’s a nice alternative when I want a big iced tea but would rather pay $ 1.69 for it instead of close to $ 5 for a drink at Starbucks. The closest D.D. previously was over near Amsterdam, and it was just too far removed from NYP. Glad we’ve got a location that’s closer!
