Dunkin’ Donuts

Drug infested!!! 2 cashiers which couldn’t make a regular cup of coffee and a 3 year old girl playing in the back of the kitchen. Enough said

This kids was throwing donuts at each other and at people for telling them not to waste the food like that. Instead of giving it to the needed. Hope they get fired for being disrespectful

Soooo slow. I was in here with 2 employees and one customer ahead of me in the line.
I’m waiting 5 minutes to place my order. Meanwhile, the free employee is just strolling around with no cares in the world, like this is Central Park or something. Ummmm maybe I’m used to the customer service at Starbucks, but as an employee you should be utilizing every moment you have to help customers.
Also, the donuts look super shiny and fake, like TV set food.

Prior to driving to take my son to summer camp I decided to stop in at this DD to buy my son breakfast because we were running late. I purchased a toasted bagel with cream cheese, (his Fave). We left got in the car and about 5 min afterwards he decided to eat his breakfast. He said to me «mom, I can’t eat». I questioned him and asked «why not» and he said «the bagel is really hard»! He handed me the bagel and I decided to bite it and sure enough it was hard!!! Not because it was overly toasted, no! It was hard because they decided to sell me a bagel that was old and stale! Unfortunately I couldn’t go back for I was no where near there, but believe me, when I say that I will no longer be a customer at that DD again!!! So my advice to anyone who decides to buy a bagel at this particular DD… make sure that it is fresh. Because If not u will be having a cream cheese covered rock!

The worst DD I’ve ever been to. I ordered an ice coffee with sugar free hazelnut and she poured the whole thing of syrup in it tasted like nothing but sugar. When I asked for them to fix it their barely spoke English and the customers around me had to translate. So she goes to remake it asking me if I thought her pour was enough and I’m thinking how would I know. I’ve never had to monitor that plus I thought they used a pump instead of pour the whole thing into a cup. Anyways the second cup was also ridiculously sweet and I may threw the coffee out. Figured it would be too much of a hassle to try and translate their coffee was terrible and I need a refund.

They let crack heads & drug dealers wait in there establishment before going into the apartment entry around the corner to buy & sell heroin… bad environment very sad with an elementary school right across the street!

I typically stop by DD when I am in a hurry and when I want something quick to eat.
I am slowly realizing that the results are not in accord with my reasonable expectations about a fact food restaurant.
To me, it seems like no matter how long the line gets, there is only one person on the register. 1 PERSON!!!
So yeah, I will still check in if I am not in a rush, but in no way will I depend on DD if I have urgently have somewhere to go.

AC was broken when I was there on a hot day. Service is lacking in quality, i.e. rude staff, not all but in such a small location it matters. They don’t have a lot of things because its such a small location, its on of those places you go because its close by, but to have a better quality experience go to the DD on Broadway near 169^th St.

TERRIBLE service here.
I went in to this location to get an iced tea. After receiving an iced coffee (for which I was charged the incorrect amount), I politely asked for an iced tea instead. The woman helping me flipped out, argued with me, shouting at me, telling me that I had gotten what I ordered: an iced coffee.
After many words were exchanged, she angrily got me an iced tea, knocking over a stack of cups in her wake.
I will not be returning to this dunkin donuts, and I advise that no one else go here, lest you be villainized for merely wanting to get what you ordered!

Original Hot Chocolate — DELICIOUS. Some hot chocolates you can buy around are just a watery mess. Dunkin donuts doesn’t disappoint and I was so glad I ordered mine in an XL. Service is great here– friendly and efficient. And they offer to get your fave flavours if they’re not currently out on display with more donuts being brought out throughout the day. Atm they have special heart shaped donuts, with special Valentines flavours which are super cute– especially with the pink sprinkles. Some of their original flavours are also available in heart shapes. Affordable prices, delicious food and drink and service with a smile. Who could complain about that? :)

Friendly staff that actually recognizes me whenever I walk in. Standard Dunkin Donuts fare — I prefer their coffee over Starbucks’ any day! The only complaint I’d have about this location is that oftentimes they aren’t accepting coupons/​offers that I find online and that are being accepted at other locations.
