Came across this tiny boutique when walking down Broadway. It’s pretty small and is hard to miss if you’re not looking.
The clothes are cute — think «west coast relaxed boho chic»; HOWEVER (and this is a huge ‘however’), the service here sucks. I grabbed a bunch of items to try on and went up to the front to get a fitting room, and the workers kind of just stared at me before getting me a room. Okay, whatever, that wasn’t a big deal, but when I came out and gave the clothes to one of the workers, she rolled her eyes and her friend who was hovering around gave her a smirk. I’m really sorry you hate your job in retail. Pro tip: rethink your career path or get a better attitude.
You’ll be better off going to Brandy tbh.

Walking by, I thought this was Brandy Melville, but it’s actually a new American Eagle offshoot. The store is decorated with polaroid pictures scattered everywhere and tables piled high with clothes and random novelty gifts. The polaroids are printed on cute patterned film, which they don’t sell. I thought it was weird the film was featured all over the store, but not for sale. I found it a bit overpriced, with sweatpants and printed tees for around $ 50 and a box of cute stationary for $ 30

Rather newly opened shop on Broadway in SoHo. To describe the shop’s style: it’s like a cheaper version of Brandy Melville and American Eagle clothes combined, with an Urban Outfitters décor vibe. Could be worthy to check out if you are into the West Coast attire style. Lots of crop tops and jean shorts, is my main takeaway.
PS. They have a cute photobooth inside!

Stumbled upon this shop walking around soho. Everything I tried on was soft, comfortable, and well-​fitted. Great clothes for kicking around, loads of different crop tops, and both basic and graphic tees. A Jamaican girl named Danielle was so sweet and helpful. Everything is one size, so I’d say most of the styles would fit best on women who wear sizes between extra small and medium.
