My co-​worker and I decided to step in and see if there was any enticing food. Yes to the eye no to the palate. The food was extremely dry and bland; it seems that the only seasoning was salt. How can you go wrong with pernil?! Grandules were hard and flavorless. First and last visit. Don’t waste your time on canned food taste. Mi gente the rice was terrible.

I always order take out. Chicharron de pollo with white rice and beans and maduros. Great price and fast service.

The food was horrible. The chicken mofogono and pernil with yellow rice and red beans was horrible. The meat was dry to the point it was hard and the rice and peas was hard. I waited over an hour for the the worst spanish I had ever had. I would give them a zero it was allowed. Stay away HORRIBLE.

Horrible place. I walked in with my service dog, and they told me to leave. When I told them that the purpose of the dog was to alert me if I’m about to have any seizures, and showed her the service dog tag issued by the NYC Health Department, the lady still refused me, so I asked for my money and left.
Judging from the reviews, the food here is probably not worth it anyway.
Why don’t you guys educate yourselves with the American Disabilities Act, and avoid engaging in illegal activities in the future. Refer to this law instead of being ignorant.

Mostly yummy food. One server is skimpy with servings. Piles rice on plate and insufficient meat and beans. But most things are good. Stewed pork is off the chain delicious.

The worst «El cubano burger» that i ever had tired in. My Life! The meat or was completely burned !!! Never again !

This place lacks consistency. I have ordered food from here before and even if it took awhile I was good. However i ordered some Cuban sandwiches from them the quality was way below part and it seemed like the sandwich was not even done. I will most likely not order from here again.

Horrible horrible service! The chicken was dry the beans were wonderful the pork was dry the tostones were rockhard and cold the drinks never came. There’s no way this place will stay in business for a year more. Just absolutely terrible terrible!

Service sucks and the food is always cold and hard! Puts a shame on real Dominican food!

Great customer service! I ordered food and we were not satisfied. The owner reached out and gave us another order of fresh, moist delicious chicken. I will be ordering again soon. Thanks!

Honestly delivery was terribly slow (1.5 hours) and my food was room temp but it is by far the most delicious, authentic, home cooked puertorican food in all of Spanish Harlem.
–Beans are not too salty and they have a nice broth.
— White rice is amazing. Chewy, al dente, fresh.
— Yuca is perfectly cooked with pickled onion. Mind you the pickled onion was such a perfect accent it didn’t need «sauce».
— Pernil is everything and a gargantuan portion for leftovers. Sometimes pernil can be funky when done wrong. This is aromatic, crispy, chewy and tender. Oregano and sofrito without being greasy.
Annoying to wait but totally worth it.
Really, truly, amazing food. Best in Harlem as good as kiosko #2 in luquillo if not better.
I’ll order again. Hopefully delivery will be more prompt.

Poor delivery service and the food is horrible… I ordered garlic shrimp, yellow rice, beans and a quarter chicken. I was told 45 minutes although I am around the corner from the restaurant. It took almost 2 hours for the delivery to arrive.
There was not a hint of garlic in the shrimp! It was in a white thick sauce and was bland. Just awful. The rice was cold and hard and there were NO BEANS. I immediately called them and was told the beans would be delivered right away. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! A day or 2 later I called again to speak to the owner. I spoke to a guy who told he was not at work when this happened (very unprofessional). He took my contact information and said he would give it to the owner. This was a week ago and still no one called.
Horrible service… horrible food… don’t waste your money!!! NO STAR!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have orderd by phone, and walked in countless times. The people are helpful and the food is great! I definitely reccomend this place if you want some good dominican food in Harlem.

Ordered food at 10:35 am online… The confirmation came at 10:41… And at 12:15 the food didn’t arrive yet… Had to cancel, i called and they had no clue what was going on with my order! Will never order again!!!

The food is horrible u guess the think because it’s Harlem no many Latinos live in the area to know the difference but I do the rice is toooo Orange colored not yellow the chicken is dry cooked the bean have to much cilantro in it it looks like seeweed and the beans taste sweet yuck and the mofongo is sucks it just as the boiled and mashed it and a slices of pork !!! Weres The garlic and crunch say F

Good: Food came pretty fast, and the driver called ahead to let me know he was coming.
Bad: The driver made me come down to the street (from my apartment) to pick up my food. I accidentally locked myself out. In my socks.
Ugly: The white meat portion of the ½ roasted chicken was so unbelievably dry I had to take a sip of water between bites. On a couple bites I actually needed to take sips between chews. It was like someone shredded the inside of a couch cushion and wrapped it in chicken skin.
That’s all.

This place is great! My first time ordering from here and I had them deliver to me and its snowing bad outside. They delivered a little bit after the estimated time but it was worth the wait. The Mofongo with Shrimp was delicious and so was the passion fruit juice. Will order again from here.
