In answer to Roy C, I have thought long and hard about not continuing this complaint. I have never heard of Roy. I dealt directly with *Anthony, in person. I went into the store. He explained he would be in Colorado (not out of the country!) and it was quite clear I ordered ONE vase of cherry blossoms, mostly opened since this was for a one-​time event, a memorial reception after the funeral. Another misnomer– I did not order two but they sent two small vases with tight blossoms. I also gave Anthony and his assistant (I went into the store a 2^nd time to talk to him before the date of the event) the NAME of the person to call when they were near the Club. They never called her, they only spoke to the doorman. I have all of my emails regarding this. They just did not follow my careful wishes for this important event. To have to look for the arrangement (which should have been one) upon arriving after the funeral was inexcusable and then to call and no one could even recite the address or where they put them. Frustrating and not professional.

Flower arrangements are full and gorgeous. Each arrangement is made with care and precision incorporating beautiful range of flowers. I have ordered from here several times for myself and others. I have never been disappointed.
