I was very satisfy with my purchase the employee name German provided great customer service in which I felt comfortable during my time in the store. He helped me in breaking down the difference of material in which they use to manufacture there product he was very resourceful and helped me pick the right furniture for my home. I would recommend for people to stop by the store is something very different and beautiful well put together nicely upholstered as well.

What a ripoff in so many ways. First of all, the name… Italian name in an all Chinese store where the only Italian thing in the store was me, and I’m not Italian. I’d have no problem with this if they were embracing their identity — a Chinese company making modern inexpensive furniture. Instead, it’s so apparent that they almost comically try so desperately to shed their unmistakably Chinese origin and try to pass themselves off as some ultra high end European company. It gives me such an uneasy feeling and a sense of serious doubt in their integrity if they do not feel pride in their own roots and culture. If you need to pose as something you’re not, then you don’t feel what you truly are is good enough, why would anyone else??? Anyway I walk in and right away I notice the manner in which everything is displayed. It looks like a million bucks, with posters of these European men with designer titles, you would swear you’re about to see some amazing shit — until you take a closer look and feel and start to realize it’s really crappy quality. Everything is kind of over the top modern and over sized to give the illusion of high quality but it’s junk. The whole store is kept very dark and is almost creepy, I assume to hide the low quality. I realized all the sectionals start at about $ 10,000.00 and go way higher from there. They have a manhattan location which makes it seem more legit and appears upscale in setting, and I’m sure they catch a lot of unsuspecting suckers with money to throw away or worse, without. It’s all knockoff material with really thin fabric, & low quality filling and flimsy construction. The bestttttt moment came when just for kicks I asked«so… Where is your furniture made?»(As if i didnt know considering every staff member was Chinese and the quality was obviously knockoff made in China) the woman replied«where do you want it to be from?» And smiled all goofy… I kid you not she said that. I looked at my wife and we both up. She went on to say«some in Korea some in Taiwan some China… Different places»… I had enough, I said«and this couch is how much?» She was a bit less enthusiastic as she realized what I really meant and said«$ 12 thousand but I can discount for you…» She repeated the«I can give you discount» about 5 times whenever I’d look at a tag. Red flag number 250. We just said thanks and walked out. Unbelievable. I’m not sure how this place stays in business. This many new Yorkers you would think everyone that walked in there would see the knockoff game they’re pulling, but I guess when you spend nothing to manufacture garbage and manage to sell one once in a while for a fortune, you can afford to stay afloat. We got our stuff from Restoration Hardware and Macy’s instead which wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t a ripoff. There’s a Queens location in Elmhurst on Queens Blvd almost across the street from the Queens center mall. For your convenience lol.
