DeKovats Playground

Nice playground, renovated within the last five years. Has climbing equipment for the bigger kids, some cute water features, a few swings for big and little kids, and some climbing equipment for littler kids. Sandbox, too, if you don’t mind sand everywhere. Has a few picnic tables, including kiddie picnic tables — cute. Some good shade, courtesy of the ubiquitous London Plane trees. So smart for the Parks Dept to use the London Plane (or American Sycamore) leaf as its logo — the branding is all over the place, in beautiful browns, greens, and yellows!
