DAG Tech

Edit: I was going through my reviews and wondered why I had only given this one a four star when it’s really a five. I tend not to hand out too many five star ratings, but DAG really deserves it as they are truly exceptional.
It was 3:30 in the afternoon and the primary file server in our office crashed. We were under deadline to get printed and signed documents to FedEx and could not access them.
We were sending them to a company in NYC, who put us through to their «tech person,» which actually ended up being a company… DAG.
I ended up catching the owner on his cell between appointments and he helped me troubleshoot the server over the phone and with his assistance I was able to get it back up in time to print the docs and get them out the door. I liked the personal touch since I know it’s not a one-​person show over there.
DAG Tech was a lifesaver as not getting those documents out would have set off a chain reaction with horribly negative consequences.
We’re not in NYC, but I still keep them on speed dial in case there is a problem they can walk me through remotely.
They get extra credit because the owner was in town one time and despite not having a presence here, still reached out to me for a meetup just to introduce himself in person.
