Really miserable experience.
When the glasses were delivered — the craftsmanship was horrible. It took weeks and weeks to receive a decent pair of glasses because each one they sent had damages or defects.

We are so lucky to get a whole shop devoted to this iconic spectacles and sunglasses designer. I had visited their shop in London several times, and bought some frames at that time. Sadly I sat on this old pair! The selection in the SoHo shop is a little over whelming. And if you go into the back room, it gets «worse» as they have a selection of vintage as well. Pretty much everything is $ 500, which makes you think carefully.
I ended up buying one from the vintage selection, and one of the nice shop assistants went into their boxes and pulled out a replacement for the ones I had broken all those years ago. Maybe I will go back and buy these. A wonderful shopping experience.

Love this place. The frames and sunglasses here are amazing. The choice is quite overwhelming, but the employees here are super helpful. highly recommend this place. i would have given this place a 5 star but instead give a 4 star only because all sale here are final. So you better get it right the first time.
