expensive cappuccino and not nearly as good as nearby competitors like Gregory’s coffee, Simon Sips and Blue bottle. They do not have whole milk and they burn the milk too.

This place was in my hotel so I got something almost every morning because of the convenience. It was pretty good coffee for a quick fix. They get a line pretty fast but service is quick so no complaints in my book.

Poor experience with service on a Saturday morning. Place wasn’t busy. Coffee shops are dime a dozen in NYC, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Coffee tastes bad and they don’t have whole milk. They give a smug look when you ask for it. There are so good locations around times Square. You don’t have to settle for this.

Great coffee, service can be a little slow but the coffee is on point in a world of tons of coffee shops in times sq

Okay coffee. Very convenient especially for those checked in at the Paramount hotel and those watching plays nearby. The staff was very helpful. I love that they suggest alternatives

Luke warm milk and espresso does not a Latte make! Ranking up there with the top 3 worst attempts at making a latte I have ever not enjoyed. And for $ 5.00 out the door for one drink ranks as one of the biggest rip-offs. They filled the cup to the top with tepid milk, a espresso and no foam. McDonald’s can make a better latte then that. So around the corner I went the next morning to Starbucks and was out the door with a very predictable and tasty $ 3.50 latte.

Not much to say. Got mocha. The worst mocha I have ever tasted. Plus sides: –they accept CUPS –the staff were nice –good location –clean I will not be coming back though.

Loved the coffee here and pastries! I was staying at the Paramount so this was absolutely perfect. Not to mention that the friendly staff would accommodate my son’s request for iced tea. We came here every morning and tried different pastries and they were all scrumptious!

Sought this place out because of the Cup app(If you don’t already know about it: ), but probably wouldn’t have found my way there without it. It is located in the Paramount hotel. Prices seem pretty on-par with NYC, though maybe a bit pricier because of the location. The espresso was standard, nothing to write home about. And a bit hurried, but I’m fairly certain that was because of the long line and the fact that only one person was charged with both the cash register responsibility and the espresso-making duties.(Not her fault, she did a great job, with a big smile on her face) I’d say if you needed a pick-me-up before a show, and didn’t want to wander too far, this is a good place to give a go. There is limited space for sitting both inside and a few tiny tables outside. Note that there was a steady stream of customers around 1:30pm on a Sunday. I’m not sure but I’d chalk up any bad service you receive to the likely overworked staff.

This is the coffeeshop in the paramount hotel. They have a full slate of espresso drinks and some interesting looking pastries, but the prices are the most outrageous I have ever seen for a coffeeshop. $ 4.95 for a plain jane double shot of espesso(after tax)! Whaaat even starbucks is about $ 2.50. Yikes. And it’s pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary. Frisson a few blocks away is much better and half the price.

Very below average service. 1st friend ordered a muffin and fruit salad; both items were prepared. He had to go back after 10min to follow it up. The lady he asked simply responded«I don’t know I just started», my friend then had to comment that he had order before all these other people getting their food. She then begrudgingly got the muffin and fruit salad for him. The second friend got her wrap quite promptly. I had to also follow up my Del Corso sandwhich after I was still waiting, post my 2nd friend finishing her wrap, and 1st halway through his lunch. The guy did immediately got my sandwhich from the fridge and serve it too me. The food was acceptable, not bad, not to rave about. My one star rating is purely base on the fact that 2 out of the 3 of us had our meals forgotten about, and when one of us followed up was not treated well at all.

Umm so I asked for a large iced chai with light ice(it was not that hot out). My iced chai was literally two sips in a cup full to the top with ice. Really disappointed. The cashier/barista had even acknowledged me saying light ice when I ordered, and it wasn’t busy or anything(no other customers at all), so he just didn’t do it or immediately forgot.

Beautiful Store, Very clean, Great staff, relaxing ambience and the coffee and chicken wraps are amazing! Every time I go there to grab a coffee or chicken wrap I’m greeted by smiling faces. A beautiful and kind lady by the name of Diana is always there when I go and she greets everyone with a warm smile and great customer service… #Awesome_Sauce!

Walked in to see macarons in the display bit macaroons on the sign overhead, so went with a chocolate chip cookie for $ 2.70. Chocolately but pretty bland(they were sadly out of chocolate brioche). Staff was nice enough, handling the two entryways well(other patrons were unfortunately quite rude). I visited New York for the holidays and this is one of the few spots near Times Square where you can sit and enjoy your hot chocolate LOL. The staff are very friendly and they make sure that you get your right order. They do not rush heating your food and they give you a service with a smile which is sometimes hard to find in a busy city like New York. It might not be the best hot chocolate I had but definitely worth a visit. I will be back for sure.

As the son of an Italian pastry chef, you can believe me when I say I am an expert in all things dough. Well, Corso Café nails it. The attention to texture, flavor, and quality is about as good as it gets. Generations ago we’d call food like this, «food.» Nowadays, we call food like this, «artisanal,» in order to differentiate it from the stuff being pumped out of factory bakeries. The coffee, both drip and espresso, is smooth, velvety and moderately bold. On a hot day, try the iced mocca latte. You will be pleased by the richness of the cocoa. Or, take a fresh-brewed, iced orange pekoe or green tea for your walk down Broadway. If you’re peckish in the afternoon, you can grab a savory snack such as the Ruspante sandwiche. The grilled chicken in this one roasted to a crisp and unbelievably flavorful. The service is hit and miss(par for the course in NYC) and the manager stands in the corner watching everyone like a freaky, Mediterranean vulture. Those are the only things stopping me from giving 5 stars.

I had a meeting in the area and was a little early so just happened upon this café. The coffee was absolutely AWFUL. I don’t know whether the milk was bad or the coffee — but it wasn’t to my taste. Also, it’s a pretty well-staffed place, yet the wait at the register for just two of us was unnecessarily long. Even one of the staff noticed and asked whether anyone was taking orders. Plenty of other cafés in the area; I’d suggest checking those out instead.
