Just completed a 3-​day workshop at Convene and LOVED the facility. The staff was attentive and pleasant, the facilities were clean, and all the technology worked as planned. The highlight was the food, which was excellent! The lunch menu was varied, the meals were tasty and well-​prepared, and the food was delivered and cleaned up in a timely and non-​intrusive fashion. There were also high quality snacks and beverages available at all times, and it was just a pleasure meeting there.
It’s a great space with multiple sized rooms for workshops, conferences, large gatherings, cocktail receptions, etc. Great for Downtown offices short on meeting space, highly recommend!

I attended a seminar-​type event here and really liked the space. It was well laid out and everything looked very new and was in good working order. Sound and video were good, seats were comfortable and the temperature was great.
The restrooms were very clean and had lotion, mouthwash and other stuff in addition to soap.
The snack/​food area was nicely set up and the day I attended, they had a great selection of hot and cold foods, drinks, snacks, etc.
Going up and going down you are on a very long, free-​standing escalator so if you get vertigo, you may want to close your eyes.
It’s right by the FDR so it’s a bit of a walk from the subway, but I like this much better than some other event/​training spaces in the city.

Came here for the Manhattan cocktail event and it’s the perfect spot. They had classroom and large area to place the vendors in one spot. The classroom were for learning more about the alcohol. Made me feel like I was in school. They served finger food and it was delicious. I like the curry filling and the spring roll.

Decent place to have an event. I was here for NYC & Co grand opening and they really did a nice job. I heard that the coffee machine here is quite amazing.
