Look, if you want a nice place for socializing your child this is perfectly fine, There were two key issues we had when our daughter went there last year. First, that we felt like she didn’t learn anything. Every time we asked her how she knew something that would surprise us such as a new word, a song, or a fact about the world, she would say she learned from Doc McStuffins or Peg Plus Cat. The second issue is that they claim to be a «progressive school» but don’t really take idea that seriously. I asked teachers over and over in all sorts of ways to elaborate on this and no one could really answer me. For example, the kids are not taught about things like equality(at least that I could determine) or morals. The snacks are never organic. Name any other«progressive» thing and you likely won’t find it here. All the kids are white. The school is for profit, which is theoretically fine, but the owners are, well, not that sophisticated. But again, if you just want a place to make friends and learn basic toddler things, like coloring and hand painting, it is perfectly fine. She made plenty of good friends. We just wanted something a little more current in its thinking.

Unsure of the quality, but do understand that early childhood development is the key

We love this school. It turns out our child couldn’t attend for reasons outside of our control, and the owners were very reasonable about our deposit. I’m sure it is decided on a case by case basis, however, they were friendly, kind, responsive and helpful in our dealings with them. We also have other friends that attend this school who have had very positive experiences. There is a big indoor gym for the children to use. Teaching style is Reggio Emilia based.
