My daughter and I just spent the weekend at the Colony Club, New York in celebration of my birthday.
Needless to say the Colony is a reflection back to the times of ultimate gran-​duer.
The staff service was at the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Location is key when visiting the city and the Colony afforded us the ability to find our desired points of interest in a short time of travel by city standards.

Located at Park Avenue & E 62nd Street, this historic Neo-​Georgian style social club was designed by Delano & Aldrich and features beautifully-​appointed lounges, dining rooms, two-​story grand ballroom, guestrooms, marble swimming pool, gym, spa and gorgeous outdoor terrace. In addition to being the oldest private women’s club in New York, it may also be the only one with a SQUASH COURT and squash instructor who gives daily lessons to members, their families and guests!

What a gorgeous space! I have been here for different functions, and the building is lovely — it’s an historical landmark. Fun fact: the Colony Club was the first social club in New York established by and for women.
