Coach

Super bummed the staff was so rude and spent more time giving us the once over. This was the one store in New York I was sure I was going to buy something since I am a coach purse hoarder. Lol. Needless to say after being treated as if we didn’t belong in here we left. I’ll buy my coach purse elsewhere thank you!

Such a great lady that was so willing to help me. She was understanding and attentive to what I was looking for

Vivienne and the other staff members (of which there are 3), are the reason why people come to boutique type stores instead of flagship sized stores.
It is true that this store is smaller than a store with two floors, but, they have access to the entire catalog of Coach products and, if they don’t have something, they are more than willing to refer the customer to another store or to order a product.
I went in yesterday, my birthday, looking for a new hat and possibly a messenger style bag for my younger sister. I was in the store close to an hour, looked at about 7 hats, and finally it came down to 2 hats, of which I now have one to do a «trial» on (basically, if I don’t like it, I can bring it back and I have until Monday to make a decision).
I would never have gotten the personal and attentive (not pushy) service that I received at another store. For example, a few minutes previously, it took me walking across a 1000 foot floor to find someone to help me with a purchase. At Coach, I didn’t have to walk anywhere.

Smaller than other Coach stores but the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Despite it’s size, they seemed to have most products available in-​store.
